What are you planning as your purchase from the autoshow?
Based on the preview builds I’ve seen, I’m thinking of buying the 2020 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500.
However, if the 2017 Alpine A110 is available from the autoshow, then I will probably get that instead.
I was going to buy the taycan first but I’ll get one form the welcome pack, so my next choice will definitely be the Ford F-450.
I’ll go right after the XJR-15. It’s been my favorite Jaguar vehicle since NFS 3: Hot Pursuit.
I think for me it’s a hard choice between the MK4 Supra or the fd RX-7 those wide body kit’s are next level argh I’m so excited!!!
Honda S2000, realistically. But it’ll depend what cars they’ve sectioned off as ‘Exclusives’ this time around.

I’ll be seeing if I can reach Hall of Fame with just the cars it chucks at me.
First buys will be whatever I need to complete a playlist challenge that I don’t already have.

This was always my strategy. I rarely had to buy cars in fh4, I think I bought a total of ten cars in that game, and most of them from the auction house if I didn’t want to do playground games to obtain them.

That’s a very very good idea and it looks like some autoshow cars will be over 15 million. I think I’m gonna go with price and add a caveat of something I will use frequently. Price+Rarity+Usability!

I won’t buy any car from the autoshow, I will get every car from the auction house because it’s a lot cheaper.
That would require “every car” to show up as rewards in such numbers that anyone playing the game wouldn’t have to buy any car.
R33 once again. The free token l’ll use on some 1 mil hypercar and leave the 20 miller vintages to be a future goal.
I’m currently hoping to rely on wheelspins to get me through the early part of the game, but in reality I’ll likely break and get either the Trueno or a 911 of some variety. 2003 Fairlady Z, 240sx, RX7 (of any type), and an R33 skyline are all top contenders too. So my best answer is: a retro sports or retro supercar of some variety. I won’t be able too long without something from each of those categories.
I can’t recall buying a single car in the autoshow in FH4, I relied heavily on the spins, event prizes and AH.
