What to spend my car voucher on?

I am fairly new to FH5 so still have my voucher. The only previous topic on this was a year ago, so with the benefit of hindsight is there anything that most people think is very useful. I am currently planning on going with the Mac F1 GT instead of $15m, its one of my fave cars and I prefer road/street racing to offroad.

if you are interested in having all cars then I’d use it on the most expensive one, the Mercedes somethingorother, an old car that’s 143 million

oh, is it? didn’t look - ha! I just gifted it without really paying attention to what it was!

okay, back to what I did last year, the most expensive Autoshow-only car is . . .

M-B 300 SLR (143 million)

but as noted that’s the Playlist prize so if you don’t want that then it is . . .

Jaguar XJ13 (18 million)

The aforementioned 300 SLR is the most expensive Autoshow car, after that, probably some other 250

McLaren F1 GT is a great choice if not up as a playlist or shop reward. I wasted mine on a Jesko instead of doing V10 first. F1 GT beats PR Stunts, can drag and is excellent in S1 & S2 races.

In addition to sounding amazing the cockpit adds to its character. Few other cars are worth the instant access over it the more I think about it.

You don’t really need it imo. You can get all the cars by doing accolades, seasonal rewards and checking out the Forzathon shop. Also don’t forget the Horizon Super7! You can win cars there too! You can also check out the Auction House but not every hard-to-find car will show up there regularly. But if you’re persistent you will find it eventually (I found multiple ‘90 Camaro’s and Capri FE’s there in FH4).

Lotus Exige! My favorite care in the game (and I’m a BMW aficionado). Tune as an A and it is, IMO, the most enjoyable car in the game to race and drive. Quick, agile, and wonderfully predictable in the corners.

the voucher is only for autoshow cars, doesn’t cover anything else, some don’t appear in spins or anywhere else

You should get what you want the most imo. Personally I like the F1 GT and think it’s a good choice. The Jesko is helpful with many of the stunts but is available free for completing the story.

The Lotus Exige is free accolade for getting a total of 10,000,000 skill score, and I got one in the auction house for cheap. Also got the Merc SLR from the seasonal thing. Played the V10 story to get the Jesko.

I will go with the Mac after all, just thought I’d check first in case I was missing something.
