Does purchasing the expensive cars from the auto house using the voucher count for the accolades? I know there is an accolade for purchasing a $1M car and another one that unlocks when that has happened (which I am guessing is purchase a $2M or greater car).
I can’t help since it happened the first day and I forgot. But I would still advise you to use it on the Shelby Daytona (30M) ort the Ferrari California (18M) asap. For one reason mainly. If you win those cars on the wheelspin you could exchange them for half the price. I got 15M from the Daytona that way.
Daytona in available as an accolade prize. Cant remember what fir though.
Save voucher for when you have the 10m accolade unlocked.

Yes it works. Be sure to buy a 1m car first in the autoshow and then use the vip voucher on a 10m+ car.
I discovered that purchasing a $10M or more car (Blue Chip Investment) counts for both that accolade as well as the $1M car (Expensive taste).

Don’t use your voucher on the Shelby Daytona. You can get one for free from the Festival accolades.
Unfortunately i found that out too late. Could have used it for the McLaren GT which i really wanted but the stars aligned and i got it at Xmas time in the shop 
You only have one voucher as far as i know (i only used one since the game started and thats it, i dont have a clue if its one voucher per year or what…) , lol, so, it really doesnt matter much.
