Xbox elite series 3 controller? 🎮

I hope Elite 3 is a much better build construction than the hi cost that’s attached to Elite 1 and Elite 2. I have purchased both and they are definitely a poor construction build with reliability issues, with a bonding physical infrastructure problem. Which no way commands the name of Elite! I will give both controllers a solid quality star rating as POOR, 1 *
MS should give a 50% discount to everyone who has purchased the two Elites on the next rip off Elite 3

I have an Elite series 1, but I dropped it once too many times and broke the RH bumper. Microsoft, in their infinite wisdom, don’t sell the replacement part and the cheap one from Amzn won’t fit, no matter how many YouTube videos I watch.

I won’t buy an Elite S2 for several reasons:

It’s too expensive.
Not as good as S1.
Frequent reports of short life span.
MS’ failure to supply spares for S1.
I’m fed up with giving money to MS.

I bought an 8Bitdo instead at 25% of the discounted cost of an S2 on Amzn. It works well.

You know how Nintendo has those GR & GL buttons, what if Xbox brought back the hue buttons where a C or Z button would be on a Sega controller and allowed those additional hue buttons buttons to be custom input for people who prefer using buttons with their thumb instead of their right trigger finger, I know my fingers get cramped sometimes.
Also anyone else think that Mario Kart World seems to indicate that Forza could end up doing a new game with fantasy environments to drive through instead of the limmited standard geographic landscapes? Seems like the next logical step for a Forza Horizons spin-off.

I always buy 3rd party, the 3rd party controllers that use AA batteries seem to work just fine for most of my gaming needs. (And they were marked down quite a bit, so that was good)
They don’t work with Amazon double AA batteries, which I find very bizzare. But it says not to use mercury batteries in the controller’s battery slots, so that may explain why the Amazon batteries don’t work on what I wanna say is either Power A or Hori pro pad controllers.

I was unlucky with my Elite 1 , the rubber peeled off plus the A button stuck . I got the Core Elite 2 as I already had the back paddles etc & so far all’s been good but I only use it with 2 titles .
I use the Nacon Revolution Pro 2 for my other games but its rear fixed buttons can easily get pressed accidentally during use . The built in Game Presets with the Nacon are a nice inclusion & are pretty decent , but the rumble feedback is very weak . Good controller if you can get it on offer (which I did) but I wouldn’t recommend it at full RRP.
