XBox 1S restarted play for a few minutes change window to another comeback to the play area and the controller freezes so I can’t do anything in the car. The main button allows me to go to the main start menu where I can choose other things but as far as going back to playing it’s no go. I proceed to Re-start the console loads (finally) and shuts off back to the start sequence . It did this last Month and now it continues…
I had a similair issue yesterday when trying to complete the weekly challenges. I started around 16:30 CET and decided to do the challenges in the expansions first (Hot Wheels/Rally). While in Hot Wheels the game crashed after every single race. The progress was saved, but I had to restart the game over and over again. It seems to me it may have to do with the car selection screen? Could it be server-related?
When I went back to the main game again everything worked flawlessly for several hours.
I’m on Xbox Series S and don’t play online (i.e. no multiplayer; the console is of course always connected to internet). Checked my internet connection just in case, and it is just fine - haven’t changed anything there for years. Also tried to connect to the internet directly via cable - didn’t make a difference.
Forza Horizon 5 is now less stable than Forza Motorsport. Isn’t that just a little bit sad?
