Hey guys,
So I bought a Xbox one recently and was playing forza horizon 2. When I was driving around in free roam, all the sudden the the screen freezes and it makes this annoying sound and then the game force closed by itself. I reopened the game and I saw that I was at a car meet, which I wasn’t, I was free roaming before the game freeze and force closed, It happened about 4 times now since the 22nd of December when I bought the Xbox one. I have the instant on mode instead of the energy saving mode on the Xbox when I turn it on. So can anyone help me solve this problem?
These errant shutdowns happen from time to time with Forza titles. To help clear up any cache issues which may be causing more frequent problems, physically power cycle the Xbox One.
As for spawning at a car meet upon starting Horizon 2: this happens to all of us every time we load up the game. It’s just how the game is launched.

I also play on the Xbox one and have had the same issue. I have found the game tends to crash when my xbox is hot. So maybe giving your Xbox some time to cool down?

That also might be the case, but mostly it’s the first 20 minutes that I start playing, so it shouldn’t be that hot, but Ill keep that in mind
