If Forza and Microsoft want to stay with all the removed features of Forza 5 then I’m perfectly happy sticking with my Xbox360 and Forza 4. Why spend the money on a new system (xbox one) only to get less of a game?

Would save me a lot more. The system, the game and all the DLC.
I’m an older fellow and I suspect there are a lot of us that enjoy Forza but are getting out of other gaming on the consoles (except ocassionally some Halo with the Grandkids). As such, Forza becomes my main reason to still game and the only reason to step up to a new console. Graphics are one driving force in that decision, but game features are the major driving force. Why would one spend that kind of money just to be able to see a prettier game with much less features/playability?

I hope the auction house doesn’t come back it was a silly idea anyway and Turn 10 concentrate on better things for Forza 6. Why should I spend 190k on a auction house car when I can buy the same thing in the dealership for 20k.
That was the beauty of it. Nobody forced you to use it but it was there for the ones that did enjoy it. I wouldn’t want everyone else to do without something because of my preferences, that would make me look selfish…

The community can live without some of these things but we can’t live without all of them. Those 4 things bring us together so please if you can’t bring them all back then at least bring some.
We are on fading life support without them

As a aspiring painter, I miss the visibility and ease of access the storefront afforded to looking at one person’s paints, all of them, and that is was way easier to get people to your stuff and make some cred’s. All fo this compared to current system, of course.
As for the auction house, it was okay to buy up a few cheap cars and drop a one off paint on them and make a really good profit. But it never was the source of income for me it was for others, I wasn’t interested in it that much. BUT, as said earlier, I don’t look unfavorably on anyone that did.
However, the problem with stuff being lifted off the storefront and copied/stolen apparently, that was/is an issue and unless it can be done without this problem, we won’t be seeing it.
Sharing for friends/team mates of paints and tunes NEEDS to be a thing moving forward.
Another suggestion from a “painters/horribly bad never be a painters” point of view. Be able to buy a paint, share a paint, whatever, and THEN add your racing number to it. This way I could paint ONE car, and share it, and 100 people could use it with THEIR own numbers on it. ( would be sooooo nice…)

I’m not sure why the AH wouldn’t be included, who cares what modders did like 4 or 5 years ago? Release the game for Xbox One only and put a good protection in against modded consoles. Plenty of games have a system in place that detects modded consoles and proceeds to ban that console. It’s not a complicated system to prevent or catch people using modded consoles. It’s also a much smaller issue with the Xbox One compared to the Xbox 360. In my opinion the AH is what really set Forza apart from other racing games. You can only race the same tracks in the same cars so much. The AH was fun and it was a nice break from the grind of leveling up. Without the AH, Forza is much less appealing, that’s my opinion. It’s still better than most, if not all racing games, but it doesn’t really feel different from other racing games without the features FM4 had. Turn 10 went totally backwards with FM5 and if FM6 is anything like that I won’t even consider buying it.

I for one, will not purchase forza 6 unless there is an auction house, and the ability to import my paint files, which took me many hours to create, from forza 5. I can live with the exorbidant excess of dlc cars that are so ridiculously easy to win with, my cat wins regularily with dlc! I would however prefer less dlc.

Tuning in Lobbies: Unknown
Gran Turismo 6 had Lobby Tuning on PS3 and it was quite a useful feature, especially for competitive league racing and practice.
I played Forza 2 heavy and lobby tuning is sorely missed in the Drag Racing Community. Those in between adjustments made you faster if you knew what you were doing.
Since party chat came to be, I dont meet as many new people as I used to back in the day. That was part of the fun in the game. We used to get into to some heated rivalries with other racing teams…I miss that.
