I just ran a couple of hotlaps w/o it and I must say I am enjoying it. Will definitely practice some more without it. I have found that I am actually faster, when I brake correctly, without the line. I believe at times the line is very misleading. And same here about not driving the same car alot, 99% of my time in car is tuning and the other running rivals and lobbies to make sure it is competitive.
Hopefully, I have earned a modicum of respect from the Juggmeister.

There is an easy answer to this question don’t use it otherwise your just proving to everyone you can’t drive the car it’s as simple as that.And to make this as clear as I can there is only 2 racers that can race stipid quick with real no assists PR IW1NNUMBER1 and RS Dropbear both use no braking line and both simulation steering and both on control these two are in a different leauge when it comes the rest.I have never cared about what assists people use I just can’t stand people who make excuses for using them if you have not got the skill to run full real no assist then just admit it instead of making excuses.PR IWINNUMBER1 and RS Dropbear and technically the two fastest on forza cause they don’t need any assist to race fast it’s pure skill.
Ok the guy just asked a question, no need to jump down his throat. And no one in here is making excuses, just stating how they play. So, just because they use no assists they are better? I highly disagree, so when a REAL LIFE racer uses TCS or similar then do they have no skill? Have you talked to every person in Forza? Then you don’t know what the top guys use. So, there is no need to bash others.

From they way I understand it… you good Sir are in some sort of identity crisis… not sure which of you that will be reading this response.
Get this straight… I don’t care what you &/or anyone else uses nor do I care who is the Forza version of Mario Andretti. What I do care about is making my own self better & as good as I can get w/n my abilities… as a painter, driver, & TUNER (this is in the tuning section after all)! The question is dealing more with cars, if any, that simply can’t get on power tire spin tuned out of them & would that be the time to use TCS.
It takes more than someone’s gaming skill to impress me there bud… seeing how I’ve been a U.S. Marine for 20 years & combat veteran of Iraq & Afghanistan… basically what I’m trying to say is:

lol this thread. If it works for you, use it. I don’t use either line because I find them ugly, misleading and distracting. I don’t use ABS becuse I can stop faster without it and it’s a little wierd anyway in the game. I don’t use TCS because I don’t need it, it takes away control, and often slows you down. I don’t use stability control because it’s the functional equivalent of the kiddy barriers at the bowling alley, and constantly interferes with your car control. I do use ‘normal’ steering because ‘sim’ steering is a bit whacky on a wheel. I use manual w/clutch because it’s almost always faster. Does not using assists make me better than somebody else? It’d be great if I could use it to explain away why so many people are faster than me. /s

I have said nothing wrong actually but since 99.9999999% of racers use some forms of assists of cause I expected people to take it out of context and yes I do know what the top players use and also I have not broken any of the forums rules by posting what I have posted as I have read them and spoken to the forum moderaters about it already.
I am saying you post in here and refer to PR IWINNUMBER1 as if he is a different person. When I know for a fact that you are the same person. I know this because on March 16, 2016 you posted in a thread regarding the banning of SUV’s in Lobbies. In that thread you refer to yourself as PR IWINNUMBER1 in a response to BigpoppaKegDog. Then you post in here saying PR IWINNUMBER1(you) is the fastest racer. I hate to tell you, but that is self-promotion. Sorry man, but you got caught in a lie. Deal with it.

Exactly what somebody say when they use assists
Tinkly, I prefer going withuot assits, I would prefer that everyone would go withuot assits, and in my opinion some assits are “ruining” the game.
I might even suggest that other players try to play the game without assits, just for a moment at least. and I will say that the less assits they use get more respect for me.
And all in all, I might even gain couple positions on the leaderboard if everyone would play “my way”.
How ever I woud never say that you should play the game as I prefer, and only that way. That’s just straight up rude, and disrespectful. I didn’t made the game, I didn’t buy the game for everyone, I have no right to ask such a thing.
And in my opinion neither do you. You have the right to have your opinion, you have right to tell that opnion to others. but please, don’t try to force it on others.

Everybody can use want they want I never said everybody must use no assists and what I’m saying is your a better racer if your fast without them if you use them that’s fine you bought the game you can play how you want but the reality is you are a better and more skilled racer if you don’t and there is nothing wrong with that statement it’s just common sense
Tinkly or excuse me PR IWINNUNMER1 I am pretty sure everybody here has made their mind up and you are not going to change it. Sorry, I would rather play with someone who uses assists, than someone with no class, and tries to make it out like he has a Fanbase behind his self created ego. I am sure there are people out there that will beat you 9/10 times. You came in here, not with the intention of helping, but for personal gain and to try and belittle others for how they play. So, I am done with this discussion. You got caught referring to yourself in third person, and trying to make it out like you were a fan of PR IWINNUMBER1. Once again, we see right through you deal with it. And if any else feels I am in the wrong for calling him out on his tactics, please let me know.
