I swear I got a car plus the credit value (VIP bonus) of 288,000 but I can’t recall which car. Maybe it was the Vanquish at 250.
Well… Mine would have been the Lexus LFA, but VIP was not working when I hit it 
… That would have been LFA + 130,000 credits, but I’m happy with the LFA regardless…
My worst was 3,000cr… LOL I hit that last night…
So far I am really enjoying the Wheelspins… It makes bigger rewards much sweeter when they are preceded by a string of bad ones! 
I have mostly won small money prices… Twice I have won 3.000Cr :-(.
My best price was a car worth 120.000Cr, think it was a Lancia. Unfortunately it was while the VIP didn’t work for me…
I am level 123, I can confirm you do get spins past level 100.
My best was the Alfa Romeo 8C and $200k+
2nd best was a SL 65 amg black series plus $175k+

It was already mentioned by a forum mod that it continues past level 100…level cap is 999 so looks like a lot of wheel spins left.
I’ve hit the 120K x2 reward and many cars. The best car so far has been the Countach plus the 130k value for VIP. It’s almost like a slot machine with rare high payouts.
SLS was my biggest reward.
I have only hit 30k credits as a best so far.
I had been saving up wheelspins while they were fixing VIP and once I was finished doing all the spins I went from maybe 300k to 2.5million. That includes getting 880k bonus because I got a LaFerrari. I was pretty happy that I waited for the VIP fix.
The Lexus LFA and the Audi RS 5, both with vip money too. The worst I’ve gotten would be the 3,000 credits. I will point out that shortly after I got the perk that gives you great prizes in wheelspin more often, I won the RS 4.
I got the Lexus LFA + 280k, was super happy and it’s a neat car to cruise around in. I saved up all my wheelspins until they fixed the VIP, as well as waiting until I unlocked the perk. got about 1.1mil from the rewards, 5 cars and a rather big smile lol.
I have been getting nothing but cash under 20000 and it seems worse after the perk Lol.

a few cars too, but nothing spectacular in my opinion. a vette, a beetle, and something else.
I think the biggest reward that I got was the Bowler or what ever it is and 196,000 credits.

One of my best wins was the Lexus LFA plus 288,000 CR for VIP bonus. I’ve also won the 110,000 cash prize (220,000 with VIP) 5 times so far. some other nifty vehicles I didn’t have to buy thanks to the wheelspin were the Lancia Delta S4, Ruf CTR2, KTM X-Bow, Corvette ZR1, and Maserati GT.
Fun stuff this wheelspin. The lowest I’ve won is 6,600 CR.
