So this is supposed to be the best racing game, accurate and what not. And for detail and tracks I believe it is. But seriously sick of the fact that nothing can get traction, the automatic is still just a manual shifting transmission that ai takes care of, where are the stall converters, and launching with pulling the wheels, I’m sorry but a 1000+ horsepower car that weighs 2500 lbs that has a 345 slick and launching at 8000 rpm should either A blow the hell up, or B yank the front end half way down the track.
I’m sure I’m not the only one who buys this series and don’t even play the career, I’d rather buy the cars and play around with them. And yet again NO offline drag racing, I’ve gone through 3 sets of batteries now waiting countless time online in lobbies and between races. If some of this stuff don’t get taken care of I’m done buying these.
In all honesty who wants to buy say a 70 chevelle, or the dart, or even a Honda with a turbo and stuff to drive in circles around a track… That stuff is for the fancy fairytale cars ie: mclaren, Porsche, Mercedes, F1 cars apparently now?
I think this game has the best physics and handling of any Xbox One Forza game. I’d even go as far as saying it has the best physics and handling of all the Forza Games.
Point 1: Is the car AWD? HAve you tried flooring the Lotus E23 while sitting still - what happens? It behaves appropriately.
Point 2: Best way to give input to a company is to vote with your wallet. You don’t like the product, don’t buy it. To do that you have to wait and do research and potentially not have the game at launch. It’s definitely a worthwhile tactic.
Point 3: I want to buy a 70s Chevelle, Dodge Dart, or even a turbo’d Honda and drive it around any track. It’s by far safer and more cost effective to buy one video game and race all these cars at these tracks instead of taking my car around the country to participate in track days. While track days are fun, they do tend to get expensive quickly especially when travel of any significant distance is involved, so to answer your question, ME. I want to race the low end cars and the high end cars and sometimes, I want them at a track with part of an oval. I’m sure others feel the same way judging by the activity on this forum.
