It says I’ve joined a session. And I see like 3 people.
I don’t understand is this a way we can race each other outside of team adventure? Or what is this? What can I do in the sessions with others?

you can use quick chat to communicate (tho its limited) and when you set up an event you can do co-op or pvp and people can join
its confusing though i agree, it would be nice if they ported fh3 online free roam style over for easier access
