vip downloaded but not active

i bought the ultimate edition and the vip is not registering in game, never got the fate of furious pack either even though it has downloaded it, tried re installing the whole lot and still no solution.

Exactly the same issue here, they’re aware and looking into it.

Out of interest, are you on the Xbox Preview Dashboard program perchance?

good to know there looking into it, bit hacked off im not getting 2 x rewards at moment, but hopefully they wil have it sorted soon, would also like my car pack as well, na im not in preview man, but minews is digital download, tried re installing it earlier but still no car pack or vip active on my account.

Good to know that it’s not an issue that is only affecting preview members then.

Mine is also a digital download copy, had access to it for over 18 hours now, but not played beyond the opening 3 races, because of how broken and incomplete it feels right now.

VIP is different now
You get VIP crates with a limited number of uses in the form of mods

You also need to collect your cars from the autoshow just like every other Forza

That’s the problem, we’re not being gifted any VIP crates, and when I click on the DLC cars in the Autoshow, I get the Marketplace error message that they’re exclusive content and unavailable right now.

I am having the same problem. this is a joke. They take your money and give you nothing don’t they know how to fix there game

you need to play a little bit into to get the rewards as well, not just the opening DEMO races

I just started a new account and have the same issue
You NEED to play through the first championship in the seeker races and get to level 1 before the vip crates get given to you and you can get the day one and hoonigan cars

Thanks for taking the time to do the, I appreciate it, the crates and loyalty awards did unlock after completing the Seekers Championship, however I’m still stuck with the VIP Gear/Day One/F&F/Hoonigan DLC still giving me a Marketplace error, and it’s definitely on my HDD, and I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

Thanks again for your help with the other issues though.
