Hi, I just bought Forza Motorsport 6 digital copy and I purchased the VIP pack also. I do not have any of the ViP cars in my garage and I don’t get double rewards from any races. Can anyone help how to fix this?

Have you checked that the VIP item has downloaded 100%?
The cars will not appear in your garage they will be in the Find Cars section. There will be a tab with FREE cars and they should all appear there one time.
As for the VIP rewards when you finish a race there will be four tabs with credits: RACE / VIP / ASSISTS / DIFFICULTY. If you don’t see the VIP section or there are no credits there then you’re not getting it.

My VIP Badge has still not Popped… all other VIP rewards working and received for me.
