I bought forza 7 the 100 dollar version i see a message from Turn 10 about being a VIP but i do not see the cars and money to download where do I find that at?

If i try to select one of the 5 VIP cars from my garage i end up at VIP price screen think 17.99. when i select OK it states I’ve already purchased. Have a message about 5 VIP cars awarded but no option to download. Also checked games and apps but saw nothing.

Have you made sure that the vip pack is actually installed

on October 5th i got a news message in game saying i have been awarded 5 forza edition cars but when i go to my gifts there is nothing there

I am having the same issue as well get the VIP message but no cars available for download Been over 12 hours since original message I tried logging out and logging in multiple times

Not certain how i ensue VIP pack is installed, please provide instructions of you know. Receive a message in forza 7 that states “thank you for being a forza 7 VIP. Top show appreciation we’ve gifted you 5 forza edition cars. Please download and enjoy” no option to download in message and gifts empty.

If on xbone go into manage game for FM7 and check there’s nothing in the ready to install section there
If on PC go to the Store App… go to My Library…click show all for games…scroll down to fm7 vip…click on it check if installed
Also That message was sent nearly 3 weeks ago now

same problem here , vip pack installed cos I received the first 5 cars last month.
but today , new messages for vip cars and no gifts or no downloadable contents (I checked on store for win 10 and all is installed)
not sure what cars you are now expecting
with the VIP pack you got the initial 5 as per the pack description then they sent out another 4 to vip’s 2 weeks ago ( a total of 9 FE cars)
that’s it there isn’t any more to come
the “new” message is not new, it was sent 2 weeks ago, it has been sitting in your message box for 2 weeks, it doesn’t get deleted

I’ve got nothing in ready to install and I’m certain i have not already downloaded them. They appear in my garage with a download symbol next to them but when selected i get a banner to buy a game add-on. When i select add-on it states i’ve already purchased VIP
I bought the $100 edition of FMS 7 and an continually unable to access the features i paid for. After not playing for a week i junked back on again today happy to see the next car pack was out, but just like the last VIP car pack I’m unable to acess the cars in it as well as participate in the rivals challenge that i believe requires one of the cars.
Being that the car pack includes a no cost version of each car for the garage it would sure be nice to be able to have them in my limited garage for use. Am i going to have this sane problem with every release of what i paid $40 on top of the game price for.
Same issue the cars show up in but cars under free cars with a download symbol next to them. When i try to purchase/ add to garage as they are free it sends me to a page to buy car pack, car pass… then tells me “looks like you already own this hope your enjoying it” No I’m not enjoying it and it angers me. I don’t know who came up with this message but I’m certain the rules of the forum prevent me from expressing how this makes me feel. Unreal. So upset.
Also currently don’t have unlimited internet and as the last day in my billing cycle i made sure i went on to download everything and then play before i exhausted my data. Well can’t do that thanks Forza. Hope you’re enjoying it, wish i could tell you how i feel but i really how the smart one who came up with this message with the number of issues you’ve had is reprimanded I’m about ready to make this my last purchase of the forza franchise having been a loyal customer since FMS 3-7. So tired of the flaws but taunting customers about how they can’t access the features they paid for well done, you’ve reached a new level.
have you checked that the DLC and VIP packs are actually installed and not in the “ready to install” section under “manage game” for FM7
Yes i have check all those as i did when the VIP car pack came out. The only way i was able to get it resolved last time wad to small turn 10. Actually i wad upset about something else and wanted to sit down and play the game to cool down otherwise i would not have been in a horrible mood. But would be nice if it worked other than the message i received.
Are you saying you messaged turn 1p and got it resolved? I have no idea how to even message them. It’s so irritating when buying a game or an app and finding they basically have no option to send them a message for support.

I tried uninstalling vip and reinstalling. Nothing.
