Was surprised I was advised to purchase a 2nd time, when I queried this the case was just closed. Got a feedback survey, told them I wasn’t satisfied, not got any response. Poor advice and service from Forza support…
That might be why it weirded out for me, I got the loyalty bonus message but the game never told me about the VIP house. I went there on my own.
Yeah the dude who is the driver representative sends you a message saying something like “ohhhhh, so youre a VIP, well…blah blah” and marks the house on the map for you.

I tried a web search for this but… nothing. What will happen if I’ve started a game and then uninstall VIP?
I started the game last night with VIP uninstalled but I still got VIP rewards (cash etc) so I installed it, fearing that its absence might be causing a glitch.
I enjoy the grind (to a degree) and would prefer to earn things, rather than be given them - TWO free houses so far. No sense of achievement. 
It’s early enough in the game that I could start again with VIP uninstalled but I don’t think it will work fully. Is there a way to properly disable it?

Try deleting your saved game cause it would be on the cloud…

I’ve tried that now. Deleted both local and Cloud. Still seems to be applying VIP bonuses (VIP deleted before starting fresh). Hmm. I’ll play a bit more and see if I get the VIP houses…
I reckon it’s a bug that you can’t seem to uninstall it.
I’m getting the VIP bonus but I have it installed…on the other hand there is a vip only shirt it won’t let me access and I have none of the bond cars despite buying the ultimate edition and having all of it installed… something isn’t right with the game
Confirmed: VIP completely uninstalled, new game following deletion of saves (local and Cloud) and VIP annoyances are still there.
I’m now trying again by deleting the game entirely. I will then install all of the Ultimate components separately excluding the VIP rubbish.
Third time starting again…
Remember that doing so will delete your loyalty rewards for good.

Well, that didn’t work. Everything completely uninstalled / deleted, reinstalled less VIP and… I’m still a VIP.
Well, I don’t want to complain but (even if those cars are good) it doesn’t feel really vip for these cars. What I am saying is that the VIP pack for Forza horizon 3 was made of exclusive cars that no one could get in other way (here, even if you don’t have the ultimate edition, you can still get a pagani zonda, a transit and a titan, not fe though).
I’m so sad that there aren’t 2x wheelspin prizes anymore… I loved that feature! I don’t feel so VIP this time around.
I am somewhat annoyed and feel a bit ripped off. I bought The ULTIMATE pack for 2 main reasons and getting 2x wheelspin moeny was one of them. I know it was probably written down somewhere but I think this is a form of deception
Seriously? There is a 2x still and basically everything else.
Only things I wish were different are the lack of exclusivity and the multistage Horizon events.
I don’t like how you just get a few races and everything at a time just for doing a couple, it’s like just starting out and doing the same thing over and over, you unlock all 5 events in 1 day!
