Just to note, there are two threads already open on this topic in the Support subforum. Those can be ready to see that others are also experiencing this. It has been acknowledged in the developers known issue list. I’m sure they will fix it and I hope there will be something to compensate folks for missed spins.
I doubt it - I sent in a ticket months ago about the missing daily wheelspins and still Nada on a fix… despite daily reminders to them ( as well as to stop asking me if I still support on this issue !!! and how I would rate their support !!! )
It would be nice if it would work, but the game has completely different errors.
Nobody needs the daily wheelspin.

It’s an item they are formally tracking on their fix log. Often times it doesn’t make sense to keep individual tickets open for a longer term fix on a known issue. It becomes unmanageable.
So you reckon we should just leave them to think it’s all no biggy and just forget about it ?
They’re just reminders that it’s been going on for months with no fix issued for - let’s face it - a fairly simple fix I’d guess.
Not at all. I’m just saying after a certain point the details and scope of the issue are known and the fix is prioritized as a work item with the devs. The paperwork at this point wastes your time and the support team’s. That is where this one is. Yes they have been slow to address, but they basically didn’t work half of last month due to the holidays and the next planned regular update is prior to the next series release. I would think it more likely to be fixed then, than by a hotfix due to the low impact of the issue.
Very little is a “simple fix” when you’re dealing with a game this complex. Once you isolate the issue and figure out a fix, there are multiple branches of coding going on concurrently that need to be merged and then you have to test test test. Finally, you have to update 15 million plus endpoints with the new code along with your servers.

Last Hotfix was a month ago that addressed very little and there’s only been 1 holiday since.
Yes it’s a complex game but issuing a daily wheelspin can’t be a huge bit of programming that was already in it from the start but just doesn’t currently work the way it should.
n.b I do get them occasionally - maybe 1 or 2 a week though last week was just 1 so it’s clearly working to some degree - just needs a tweak.
It was part of a paid for Premium pre-order edition and should be treated as such - not a part of the almost freebie edition that most people are playing.
I guess the 15 million are mainly made up of these £1 game pass players that it probably doesn’t even apply to.
Don’t get me wrong AAORTA, I’m not happy about it either and I wish the game launched with less bugs. I have gamepass and still paid for the premium version because I love Forza games and don’t want them to become unavailable when they are retired.
What’s more frustrating is by the time they fix this, I will be a bare minimum 2 or 3 times a week player only because I’ll have obtained all cars, achievements, and accolades that I wanted. Right now I’m playing every day and maybe getting 2 a week. The house hasn’t paid for itself like I thought it would when I prioritized purchasing at game release.
Well - I agree in that I’m pretty similar on the stats front and like FH3,4 & 5 - play every day ( well not so much FH3 now but used to ).
It’s really just the principle that they haven’t delivered even after all the mistakes that they should have already learned from FH4 which had way less bugs in it’s whole run than this has has even in it’s first month and are still running on months later.
There just seems to be a lack of input this time around to fixing things - though obviously a lot of fixes in FH4 were more with cosmetics than gameplay issues.
I think the main pint that bugs me though is the constant asking of how did we do or are you still needing help when no fixes have been issued.
