I’ve noticed lately I hardly receive wheelspins, I’m levelling up often and its saying I’ve got a wheelspin for doing so but when I open the pause menu I haven’t got any, I’ve also just purchased all formula drift cars which is supposed to gift 2 super wheelspins and I never got them either. I’m on pc with the latest game update

Welcome to the sham. I pre-ordered the VIP version and never receive the weekly super wheelspins. I rarely receive a daily wheelspin for owning the hotel.

yeah I must of missed out on hundreds of thousands of credits, even millions with the amount of wheelspins I’ve not been awarded when I should, I guess there is no way to claim them as well once missed
They get banked, I have around 670 banked.
Occasionally get the daily wheelspin, but not every day.
Wheelspins are mostly depressing now. So they can cut them down if they like as far as I’m concerned.

I have always got the super wheelspins for vip every week… The wheelspin for the hotel is a bit random somtimes I get it somtimes I don’t.
I’ve not noticed any difference in my being awarded wheelspins on Xbox Series S. I’ve levelled up a couple of times tonight and got one each time.
I sometimes finish the race and it shows my XP counting up and tells me I’ve been awarded a wheelspin - but I’ve already spun that wheelspin at the end of the race. Are you sure that’s not what’s happening in your game? I often get notifications of something after the thing it’s telling me about has already happened.

Its back to normal here or seems to be normal for me it was right after update while unlocking carmastery with “Y to unlock all”

I receive the 2 VIP Super Wheelspins every week. Do you claim them from the Message Center? Also don’t delete the message, but choose “Spin Now” to claim them. If you delete the message they are gone.
Also, if you level up at the during a race you immediately have to spin a wheelspin after the race. The message that you’ve levelled up and have been awarded a wheelspin is displayed when you return to free roam, but both the level up and wheelspin have yet been awarded and spinned during the race results.

I bought the VIP version I didn’t even know I was supposed to get VIP wheelspins for it, vie levelled up 4 or 5 times tonight and had about 2 wheelspins, is there even a way to get back all the wheelspins you should have had? has anyone ever managed to get a reply from the developers about it
I am sorry to say that you probably aren’t going to a reply from this group of people, developers is too much of a credit, for anything that actually should benefit the player. They are like many of these companies that feel that their job is too make sure that you aren’t having too much fun playing a video game.
Check your messages in the ‘Gifts’ messages tab. Amongst all the ‘thank yous’ for cars you have gifted should be messages for gifted wheelspins,you have to click on them rather than just scroll over ,unless you have deleted them. Was a nice surprise for me when a realised where they were,I had 5-6 that had gone unnoticed
If you get it after race for leveling up you can ignore text at bottom of screen because you already got it and used it.
Daily wheelspins: Again, you have to do something in game for 15-20 mins before you get it. You don’t get it for just logging in.
It’s not rocket science.
A rocket scientist would think that you have to do nothing to get the wheelspins that are offered to you for buying a house or VIP Pass. So it’s something that only the stupid can work out.

I and others have literally played the game for much more than 15-20 minutes and gotten NOTHING. Every day. Multiple times a day even. And one day (at least) I did get it for doing nothing more than logging in. I logged in, looked at the menu for a couple minutes (literally), left my house (not the Castle) and it popped the daily free wheelspin notice. Just. Like. It. Should. DAILY.
What works for you (if that actually works for you) obviously does not work for many. Nobody knows what works, only that it does NOT work the way it should. It is literally described as “get it for just logging in” despite comments like yours suggesting it shouldn’t and that it isn’t broken. Please. Just stop suggesting there is nothing wrong with it and it is people not knowing what to do.
That isn’t the solution. I’m also not receiving wheelspin s after levelling up, but I have no gifted spins either. I play on a Series S. Seems to have started after the last update.
