I’ve not noticed that I’m missing spins from levelling up, but the daily spin from the house has probably arrived literally half a dozen times since purchasing it in the first week or so. That includes days when I’ve played for a couple of hours so the ‘must be playing for 15-20 minutes’ isn’t a fix. I’m totally fine with not receiving them if you don’t play, but to be honest you should get it each day when you log in, regardless of play time.

If you are getting wheelspins when levelling up and you play in a regular basis, why in hell do you need the daily wheelspin from the house? lol. I just dont get you guys, really. You shouldnt have bought that house to start with. Its a complete rip-off. 5 million credits for basically nothing? no thanks 
The daily wheelspin is probably only useful for people who dont play too much, and even in that case, i presume its also attached to how much time do you spend in-game, so in any case, you still need to play the game… and just playing a couple of races you already level up and get a wheelspin…
I don’t get this response!
People that bought the house should receive the associated rewards, and your point about playing the game to level up to gain wheelspins is the main point of this thread. We are not receiving them!

I was refering to the previous comment. If you are not getting wheelspins for levelling up, then thats a huge problem. But i do. Everytime i level up, i get a wheelspin.
Everything you said was wrong. You may not wish to invest in a house that should deliver hundreds of wheelspins if you play regularly, but many saw the sense in it. Perhaps you don’t play enough to merit such a modest outlay.

I also dont get the Wheelspins after lvl up. and NO Daily.
Was getting them until the last week (before the Update), so it must be a bug that came up with the latest Update.
But am getting the Weekly Super Wheelspins (just got those today)
And i was playing for more than 1 Hour now. Level’d 5 Times up, drove 3 rouds Goliath and finished the Playlist. So i waited long enough.
I’m on Series S Xbox - only done enough to level up once tonight but got the wheelspin.
If people are genuinely not getting them, I’d suggest logging a support ticket. Or at least try some more troubleshooting between players to see if we can figure out what the problem is.

In the last few days since the update I’ve been playing whilst in Horizon life but only doing single player races or rivals - no multiplayer at all.
I have so far not missed a wheelspin on level up.
I get them at the end of the race in which I acquired enough XP to level up, then on returning to freeroam - I get the message that I levelled up and was awarded a wheelspin - I have already used that spin - this is a delayed message. The only wheelspin I actively have to go and spin is the daily I get from the house - which I do get (pretty sure) every day but rarely see a message telling me I’ve got it.
if your not getting daily wheelspins, for me I got one yesterday after going horizon life.
I have noticed that I’ve levelled up without obviously receiving a wheelspin, however I don’t know if this is my ignorance or the game genuinely not giving them to me.
The hotel wheelspins is atrocious to say the least, I’ve got the wheelspin maybe 20% of the time at best. I thought maybe it would be given to me after an hour of play, but that is not the case. Sometimes I’ve got the wheelspin 10 minutes into my session, sometimes 2 hours but most of the time I don’t get one at all. I then thought maybe it gives it at a specific time, such as 2pm GMT, nope, I’ve got some at 2pm, 6:12pm and others at 11:27am.
However, I am receiving my 2 weekly superwheelspins as intended, thank the Lord.
I used to get vip super wheespins every week but lately i have not recieved any in 3 weeks??
Finally figured it out, when you get a message that says you have wheel spins, you need to press enter to claim the wheel spins from that in-game mail, like go to your mailbox, find the gifts tab, select message, press enter
I only bought the DLC for the Wheelspins because I loved that feature in FH4.
Have not gotten ANY wheelspins I was promised to. 20€ for two houses and double credits is definitely NOT worth it. I am absolutely gutted by this, it’s basically an scam since they haven’t bothered to update the Steam’s store page with the information that “some players are unable to obtain the VIP wheelspins” even though they have added it to a bug list 2 years ago.
