i have a question i forza 5 you can buy upgrades but in forza 6 all you can get mods and when i try to buy parts it said i can’t do it my parts my car is to fast for the track.

All i wanting know did they took the upgrade parts away in forza 6

No, upgrades are virtually identical to Forza 5. It sounds like you are running up against the maximum PI for the class you are racing in. Each class in career mode has a maximum PI allowed.
