I have been trying unsuccessfully to sycn up my data since yesterday.
it fails every time at different percentages then tells me to try again or play offline.
is there a problem with the cloud?
Well after another 3 hours of trying and trying again, I was finally able to complete the sync
I just hope I don’t have the same issue with all the rest of my games.
Its not looking good. Trying to sync Forza horizon 2. Been sitting at 99% complete for 15 minutes already
Put that screen so it is the largest on the Dashboard, and make sure nothing else is going on in the background. Do NOT attempt to do anything else on the console until it completes. It does take hours sometimes, especially if you have other things going on with the Xbox One or even on your own home network such as streaming videos or music. Even an active cell phone using wireless connections will impede the progress.
