After playing the game for quite some time now i noticed the biggest hinderence is not being able to see who is next to you, and not quite sure about where they are leaving guess work that more often than not inevitably leads to a collision especially on corners if they are closer than you thought.
Is there ANY way to map say the two small buttons on the back to look left & right a button for each, as it seems they dont do a lot of anything at present.
And they could be a lot more usefull if this was an option
Yes, one of the wheel button layouts in the profile menu lets you use B and X to look left and right (I think it might be wheel layout 4?). However, this takes the clutch away from the A button, so you cannot use the wheel’s auto-clutch function. It’s been this way since at least Forza 3 so don’t hold your breath that it’ll change.
How is your TX holding up? Mine went up in smoke after 2 minutes of use - Thrustmaster took it away, repaired it, and sent it back still broken!! Now they are ignoring my emails!
