I had a brief look at the overall Leaderboards when the Leagues opened last night and from the looks of it the KTM X-Bow and BAC Mono are the go-to cars for most circuits, with the McLaren F1 GT, Team Forza NSX and Saleen S7 being the options for speed circuits.
I’ve got a Mono in A-Class already so I’ll probably try out an X-Bow tune and do some races this evening.
I agree, but it is cool to see a different group of cars push to dominance. In the lower classes it’s heavy on Mustangs, Vettes and Camaros. In A class it’s nice to see the bigger cars like the Cuda, Olds, and Cougar shine.
Had a blast with the S Class Ghost League last night! After last week’s C class league, my first couple races were a bit sloppy with all that extra power at my disposal
I’ve not spent much time in the leagues at all, dropped into the s class no collisions one last night. Ran the Ferrari F40 round Silverstone, managed to come first in that one race, seemed to be a fair mix of different cars represented.
Might try again tonight it was a bit late when I ran that one - think my best lap was somewhere around 2.10 not sure if that’s good or bad lol.
Ha ha, I just had to go in to the leagues to figure out what division I was currently in. I know I went from doing one Grass roots race to being dropped in to Elite for the next one - tried a collisions race that time, didn’t go too well lol.
Appears that’s dropped me down to Professional. Oh well maybe if I actually spend some time in there I might creep back up again. I’m not too bothered anyway, will probably only race the ghosted leagues as the others tend to be just a bit too frantic with 24 cars on track.
Not as many as you’d think, I raced a few in the league last night and there was a quite a different mix. S Class has a lot of highly competitive cars for multiple tracks, the X-Xbow only has a few tracks where its totally dominant and most of the time there are still other cars that can compete so could be an interesting one this week.
Ive basically been trying each class as they come up in the league, I figured it was a good way of getting used to each class and getting good cars for them so I’m still experimenting in S.
I only did 2 of the Muscle races tonight to try out a new car and the field was relatively clean. There were some minor scrapes on Lap 1 as always but a lot of that can be put down to the cars and their wayward handling. Didn’t see any major corner cutting or ramming at all.
Just done my first stint, an hour or so of the S League using the KTM X-Bow. For the most part I’m still getting used to the tune I downloaded but the car feels good on most tracks provided I don’t go too heavy on the throttle.
Currently sitting in 100th place in Pinnacle, averaging P6 to P9 in races. My laptimes aren’t too far off the leaders though, just need more time in the car. Plenty of variety amongst the field but the '08 and '13 Vipers are rather popular.
Not sure what car to use for the Miscle League however; I’ll try some Rentals tonight but I suspect I’ll end up taking whichever has the lowest stock PI and adding as many handling parts as possible to it.

I’ve prepped some s class tunes but every lobby I have got in so far today has been laggy and unplayable. Had no issues in the c ghost league so will try again tomorrow.
I’ve seen one or two as well; I just report them via Xbox Live and ignore them. For me the Ghost League isn’t about getting into P1 as I don’t have the hotlap pace, it’s more about getting comfortable with a new class and finding a car I can use as a benchmark for future reference.
I’ve seen a few too. Played a bit last night. As usual the Yas Marina was a cut festival. One chap in a X-Bow was trying quite hard to cut all the corners. I ended up still beating him. Sent him a nice message explaining my enjoyment watching him chop the track up in a X-bow and still lose. His response - “I’m trying to show T10 how easy it is to cut this track, I am actually one of the cleanest racers out here.”
