Yes, I have no doubt stuff like that would go on with the development of this game. It is after all, a playground for kids with cars as part of the toy package. Not a serious racing game.
Testers, yes, in the credits there is a big list of testers. What they tested, I have no idea.
QA, in the game, it was abysmal from day one and hasn’t gotten any better. Not even sure if there even was any QA. Don’t recall seeing a QA section listed in the game credits. If it was, it was small. S M All. Small…
Absolutely agree, if the maximum number of accolades is set to 2 million, delete anything above that as it’s not achievable. Then ban the accounts of the ones that did it.

This game is so buggy that wouldn’t be fair. There are too many ways that players can honestly exceed any theoretical maximum, not even counting the game can’t seem to track or do basic math. Like how I have 16 of 14 Barn Finds and my tires are 4 (left front iirc) to 20 (and right front iirc) times hotter than the surface of the sun for 2 quick examples.
Not that that hasn’t stopped the powers that be from doing such because they can’t or won’t fix by design the bugs that allow and even encourage exceeding the possible. Live with it. Because I guarantee any fix by the devs is going to be worse than the problem and probably just make a bigger mess as a bonus.

So true,i was looking through ‘my stats’ the other day and some of the ‘records’ in the last section are ridiculous,to put it mildly.I’m guessing everyone elses are similar. I suspect a lot come from the hotwheels map,where for eg you can jump off the map
