Lol you could ask the likes of Attax Johnson, ACR Dunc, ONR Radical, Gtz Liquid, Gtz Lucifer, GTR Ted, ACR 1E76, GTR Devilment, AMS Roadrunner etc. And they will all say I don’t rage quit my games

Actually, a UPS would be better than a surge protector. Surge protectors can’t level line voltage or power equipment during power outages.

True but they tend to be more expensive.
The Xbox power pack does have one ( surge protector) built in, but its by no means “perfect” and its not always sufficient in different countries. Thats why I suggested a supplementary one, As said though a UPS would be the “best” solution for ensuring clean power states.
Agreed. Been running UPS on all PC’s here for 5 years and you only question the investment until you have had a couple of power failures. Even when they are running the voltage stays constant 24/7 so worth it without power loss.
A surge protector with multiple outlets is like 20-30 bucks compared to a UPS that costs a lot more. In terms of how forza games are saved it keeps the older copy and doesn’t replace it with the newer one until its done saving so I don’t understand how people even get corrupt saves.
OK could be several things from the way you exit the game to less than friendly Internet connection that is dropping packets. This can be tested on the Xbox under network it will give you your ping time transfer rates and packet loss as well as NAT setting.
Now up and down speed will show up minum is 3mbs down and about 1mbs up or ther abouts Check with Xbox support for minum internet speed.
Ping should be bellow 300ms for good performance in on line games
Packe loss should be 0%
Nat should be showing Open if any thing alse then you will ned to look up directions on how to set up ISP and port fowarding for your Xbox.
Clean you Xbox as heat could also be a problem.
I’ve never had a single game corrupt on me after moving away from memory cards and that was a loooooonnnnggggggg time ago.
If your save is corrupting then stop turning off your game while its saving. It’s your fault, not the games (unless it CTDs during a save which isn’t likely to cause corruption anyway because this game doen’t delete the original save until the file is actually overwritten as far as I know.)

DELIMON 007 You might want to read what I wrote again regarding your comment. For the first 5 weeks of FM7 whether I come 1st or 24 just seeing the finish line was a miracle due to CTD’s.
As for UPS, they are better mainly for PC but any medical/sensitive equipment or products with hard drives benefit from a proper shutdown.
