I have just witnessed that the ‘Goliath glitch’ is still active. how can this be?

I assume that people are still duplicating cars, too.

The only part that surprises me is that they didn’t even bother to release a message in game telling people to not do it or else face some repercussions. They’ve let this go on so long without saying a word in game that a really large number of people have gotten involved doing it. They’ve let it spread, and then if they start with bans or confiscating money, it’s going to be bigger issue effecting more people than it would have been if they had made any kind of effort to get in front of it.
