The start menu doesn't load until I remove my HyperX dongle of the headset

After upgrading to Windows 11, I began to have this weird issue in which the start menu doesn’t load with the HyperX dongle inserted in the PC, and even after a remove the dongle and the menu loads, and I choose “Continue Game” and it enters the loading screen, it load infinitely until I remove the dongle again.

I only found out that this wasn’t happening just to me when I looked at a post at reddit.

My Specs:

OS: Windows 11
GPU: MSI GeForce RTX 3070
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5700X
Memory: 16 GB RAM
Headset: Hyper X Cloud Stinger Core

As a workaround I changed the sound output and the game proceeded with the loading, I have to do this everytime I start the game or the screen goes black. As for now the problem is not fixed.

My general experience when things like this happen and I go to Forza support, they direct me to Microsoft and say it’s their issue. Have you raised a ticket on the Forza support page?
