Got some weird issues happening ever since I bought the game, forza support have not been helpful at all and wondering if anyone else is having some of the same issues, for reference I am playing on PC and my specs are as follows, 9800x3d cpu, rtx 4090 gpu, 64gb ddr5, windows 11 on a gen 4 nvme m.2 ssd. Xbox store version
Issue#1
Loading the game after splash screen I must keep mashing my start key on my keyboard for the game to load to the main menu.
Issue #2
Game will crash to desktop after a race, could be one or more it will crash at random.
Issue #3
When you finish a race and it takes to the performance section or a menu list with next series etc game will be running but options are not working neither keyboard lets me select anything nor my xbox controller however when I switch inputs from keyboard to controller and vica versa the buttons on the screen do change but still doesn’t let me select anything to progress

I have done multiple clean windows installs, updated all drivers, updated bios and chipsets, brand new system mostly apart from gpu and game has been doing this the whole time, the game is installed on a gen 4 nvme ssd which is also my OS drive i am yet to purchase more drives soon, it’s the main game i’m having issues with, ram is running expo of 6000 cl30, memtest all checks out i’m just really stumped on why it’s only this game having weird moments and thought i would explain here and see what people think and provide advice haha
One little thing that has helped was enabling GSP Firmware has made the game run smoother and less noticeable stutters, still got to test it for longer periods though, still got to press start key to get to the main menu however doesn’t need as many presses to proceed through load profile etc

sadly i don’t have any other ideas then except re-installing the MS gaming services.
You can do that through the powershell console as admin, if you need the code let me know, or you can google it, should be easy to find.
yeah it’s a bit of an odd one, i will try reinstalling gaming services as per your suggestion however since enabling GSP Firmware through the registry it has ran a bit better and increased fps as well which is a nice bonus
refreshing gaming services made no change but atleast i don’t have to press my start key as much just to get it to load profile etc with the spinning lines as that’s what i have to press the start key for to make them spin to load into the game, forza support is as useless as it was 10+ years ago all i get in emails from them now are repeated automated messages than they send an email saying do i still need help like ugh you stopped responding to my help request that’s on you forza not me and something about my ticket when i still have the ticket which you are replying to, how stupid can you be forza
These issues are still persisting I wish it was fixed as I do like the game just don’t like how problematic it is and the lack of support from the developers. Did 2 races and than couldnt hit continue or anything and still got the issue of having to mash the start key on my keyboard to be able to progress through intro loading profile spinning icon all the way to the main menu and i’ve come accross audio glitches as well while on track
