Sorry if I post it in the wrong section but I usually don’t have problems with games.
My Microsoft store version of Motorsport crashes right after it loaded up und you press play. It worked fine untill friday but I had to reinstall all my games and now it stopped working. I didn’t change anything else on my pc. I already pressed repair, set it back and reinstalled it but all of this didn’t help. Forza Horizon 5, Motorsport 7 work fine.
Aditional Info:
Tried to play on my xbox series x today. The game launches, I can press play BUT when I buy a car it starts to save and crashes after a while on the saving screen. When I try to save a livery the same happens and the same goes for saving performance tuning.
My PC hardware is:
AMD Ryzen 9 3900X
nVidia rtx3090ti
32GB RAM
Windows 11
I also wrote a support ticket on friday or saturday but got no reaction whatsoever.
EDIT:
I deleted everything Forza related in the Appdata, Packages, Forza folder and I could finally press play without it crashing BUT same thing happens like on my xbox. Everytime I buy a car, apply a livery, or install performance parts the game stucks in an endless Savescreen and does nothing. Taskmanager is the only solution to end that.
Hi,I played the game since October and has never had any problems until now,last week after doing the latest update, it immediately gave me the HDD/SSD ap702 problem which it had never given me before, I ignored it and the game worked correctly. Today if I ignore it crashes immediately or crashes during the connection phase and it is impossible to play. This is embarrassing. I have already updated the NVIDIA graphics drivers and the AMD chipset drivers but nothing changes. From the beginning it has always had truly absurd problems, but now, after months, instead of solving them, others are added, and yet the 99 euros I paid were not fake.
I have the same issue too. Right after loading the profile, the game crashes and i’m back on the desktop.

Right, played since launch, no issues worth noting.
And lo and behold, all of a sudden I want play the game, get into the annoying intro with the racecar noises, it stars synching my profile , checking for updates and wammooo…CTD.
Rebooted my rig…CTD
Verified the install files on the xbox app thingy…Wammo…CTD
This is happening as of today.Not a problem before…
WHY can they not make a game that works…And works for everyone PERIOD ?
Maybe they should have stuck with just making Forza for consoles. It seems to be too much for the devs to port the game to several platforms that have so many different combinations of h/w.

Had a few crashes myself tonight. 2 during practice sessions. Game starting stuttering then crashes to Xbox home screen.
With the other 1, I finished qually, intermission screen for 60 secs, then I wasnt able to select fuel or tyres. Game crashes to home screen just as race about to start. This crash caused my skill rating to drop as most went down as a DNF.
Come on Turn 10.

It was gone…and guess what, all of a sudden it starts again.
CTD after checking for updates.
Why can they not make a game that functions ?
I have the sale problem, since this morning i cant play it …crash to desktop before to enter to the menu
But when i desactivate the wifi i Can play it but offline without the career mode… After i reactivate wifi its crash

It’s really weird, the safety information you have when starting the game is in Dutch (my native language), then jumps over to English (my default setting anyways) and then it starts the signing in, synchronising, checking for updates and crashes afterwards.
No FF-ing clue but annoyed and angry.

When i launcher it i see m’y CPU grow UP AT 100% usage

Guess what, it ran for a day and…it CTD’s AGAIN.
game crashes is to do with game optimization & stability the game crashes from quick resume after a certain amount of time so i force Quit the game if it hasn’t already before going online on the Xbox series s

Xbox Series X. Game crashes every time at startup. As soon as I hit the A button to start the gsme it crashes and returns back to the main xbox home screen. Ive tried deleting & reinstalling numerous times as well as numerous other suggestions from your support team. I have already sent you onedrive links to video & screen captures. My steam pc version works fine.
I opened a ticket, they responded immediately with a request for various files,I sent them and then silence for a week,then they asked me to download the new update 7.1 hotfix and see if anything changed, but the problems remained
mines been crashing to desktop for over 4 months. last played back in October
As the title says, Forza Motorsport crashes when starting the game. It either crashes and closes itself during the Turn 10 animation, or when signing in/compiling shaders.
At the start of hotfix 7.1 it would crash once and be fine on the next startup, now it won’t start after 10 attempts including a restart of my pc after 6 attempts.
One thing that is consistent is the instant skyrocketing of CPU usage when starting the game. Before the game goes to full screen it’s at a solid 100% and will only leave this after it has closed itself from crashing.
When I did manage to get into the game the CPU usage would be around 70% during races.
Al other hardware is barely putting in an effort during this time.
Please fix this…
