Literally as I stated here My Forum Post the problem is looking at how I was penalized for someone elses BS and dropped from an S rank to an A rank, creating harsher penalties wont hurt them (only us legit racers).
I have no idea what suggestions to make to fix this, but with todays tech its hard to believe that this crap is still a thing.
