Amen, I remember we both said this about FH4 and here they are just copy and pasting the same flaws into FH5, and ignoring the valuable feedback from people who know the game mode inside out. Sad!

That whole FH5 thing was made by a bunch of idiots that never played the game themeselves. It is the worst game i ever played - and ive seen a lot. I am 52 and i grew up with Pacman, Space Invaders, Pitfall, Decathlon and Moon Patrol. :-)) H.E.R.O. on the Atari 2600 was a thousand times more fun than this Forza Horror-izon 5 !!!..aka POC 5 :0)

Nothing says intelligent game design like having a notification in large text in your line of sight for 10 seconds during critical parts of a match.

100% agree to both statements.
Feedback is not properly managed. They could also communicate better ETA for a fix, or also when something will not be fixed / changed .
E.g. introducing comprehensive list of requested fixes with prioritization and classification when they do not want to do it:
a) no budget,
b) no resources,
c) no motivation,
d) no idea how to fix it, given up on it
e) postponed to FH6
etc.

there is nothing “fixed” about this game mode. i still don’t see any other players, and getting disconnected randomly for no reason (especially when in the winning position near the end of the event) is extremely frustrating. and before someone says “it’s your internet connection”, how is it ALL of the other games that i play online never disconnect? there is a serious server issue that appears to have been carried over from FH4 and until they fix it the Eliminator will continue to be hopelessly broken.
Had a game of it earlier to get the seasonal done for it (easy enough thankfully, I ended up starting so far out of the circle, it was down to 30 by the time I even got to it lol, ended up finishing 7th).
- Didn’t see a single other player
- Got challenged (thankfully won) even though I couldn’t see any other player on the map, let alone near me
- Was in 1st place to the finish all the way to less than a few hundred metres away (I was only around 2-3Km away from it to begin with), then just as suddenly, I was 7th out of 7 players?
Definitely isn’t fixed here (XB One X).
I’m still not facing any issues in eliminator. It’s working perfectly for me ATM.
Spoke to soon… I’m now encountering issues such as only seeing one person on map at a time and not seeing anyone in final race.
What a shame… Was actually somewhat fun when it was working correctly.
Level 8 drop is still not working. I found this right before the final and pulled off the upset!!
Eliminator is alot of fun when it works correctly. This time I got see all the players before the final countdown. I edged out the win against tough odds. My level 6 vs 9 and 10 opponents.

- sometimes it seems to work OKish, but next game can be total mess. No consistency. Pure luck.
If this takes more than another month to fix, they should rename it to “The Big Lottery” in the meantime.

Eliminator is still bugged. Same issues.
Often, some or all players are invisible.
Sometimes you can see others, but you cannot challenge them by pressing the button (H on PC & German) !!!
Still, some of the invisible players may be able to see you - so you may get a surprise challenge without seeing anyone around you or on radar. You can win or lose those challenges.
Issues is not my side - many have it: E.g. last round, smallest circle, still 30 players available for several minutes - impossible if everbody could challenge others.
After some time you see messages of players that obviously lost patience and killed themselves by leaving zone circle (suicide)
Eventually after many minutes, number of players is 12 - only then, the final race starts.
Not fixed. Not working since Launch.

Haven’t done too many Eliminators, just 20. I’d done 11 before this most recent patch, and 9 since.
In the first 11, I’d encountered the “can’t challenge” issue once or twice, in the 9 I’ve done since: all except one of them has had all the bugs.
I’ve encountered empty maps, being challenged by invisible players, being unable to challenge, showing as 1st when crossing the line but still coming 3rd.
edit: also though I had my first Eliminator with a sand storm and that was very cool and added to challenge.
Its really REALLY hard to enjoy this mode, when you can’t see the other players!!!

I’ve quit a few more rounds, it is disheartening when you drive around and just can’t find anyone to play with 
Sad. I’m just playing for the accolades, need a few more wins.

First go on the eliminator in a while… spot a car drop, get there and a car behind me somehow gets it even though I was clearly there first by some way! Garbage.
While this part of the game is not one of my favorites, I am genuinely sorry for my friends who really do enjoy this mode and are experiencing such difficulties.

After they fix eliminator I hope they revise the cars and levels. They don’t seem balanced to me. I thought the balance was much much better in FH4.
It’s not fixed for me🤬 still not able to challenge then freezes and boots me all the way to Home Screen
