I have a problem with the car-bundles (Porsche, Rockstar) I bought in Forza Horizon 2. I paid them via paypal to Microsoft as usual, but the cars were not free in the game, I had to buy them individually, for example my Porsche Spyder for about 850 000 Credits. As I have no experience with those affairs, I paid, because I wanted to drive my Porsche Spyder. Last week I bought also the Rockstar (VW) Bundle, and then I got really angry, because the cars also were not free in the game. And now I started to read exactly the description of buying cars, and I realized, that all cars should be free in the game. I contacted xbox-Service-line, but they just told me that I have to uninstall the game, delete my account and then restart all again and it should work. The problem is, with my sons account for the same game everything is fine. He bought the Fast and Furious Bundle and all the cars were free. Thats why I just accepted, that Porsche is maybe something special, so that you have to pay just for being able to buy the cars.
Now I’m discussing with Microsoft-xbox-support, how I can get my credits back, because I spent all over a million of Credit-Points to buy the cars that were already paid (Porsche Spyder, Porsche Macan, Rockstar VW and another VW-Beetle, the black one, I cant remember the name …).
So, has anyone of you any devices for me, how to handle with this problem, or maybe an idea, how I can get my money back??

Having similar problem with FH2 and car packs on Xbox One S.
They told you the usual thing todo. That’s what I’m used to doing. Installing DLC, hard resetting, then checking to see if the game updated the cars. Always pays to read up, no matter what the issue is. Might as well just farm the finale (online) to get your credits back.
