Purchased DLC Packs cars are not given for free

I have purchased multiple car packs and previously once I purchased the car pack the cars would be 0CR. However the last two car packs I have purchased such as the Forza Horizon 2 Duracell Car Pack & the Forza Horizon 2 Top Gear Car Pack, I received no cars for 0CR. This is a extremely frustrating matter and I feel as though I have been robbed since I have now spent $5 on each of these car packs. I really hope to hear back from Turn10 studios very soon because as a consumer of this product causes me to rethink buying another Forza game. I know is a bit of a late reply, but have you tried buying the cars with credits anyway?

Just yesterday I’ve bought the Porsche and Furious 7 packs and both of them for some reason didn’t gave me the free cars, however I’m still able to buy them normally like any other car using credits.

Yes I am still able to purchase the cars with the credits but from my understanding when purchasing a car pack you are supposed to get all the cars in the pack that you purchased for free. The only time the cars purchased in the pack costed money would be if you buy the 2nd or 3rd car from that pack after receiving those cars for free. I feel as though as a consumer of the Forza games Turn 10 should fix this problem because I feel as though I have not received what I have payed for.

There have been threads on this before - for some reason those packs didn’t give you the first car for 0 credits. No explanation as to why.

Great to read this… Maybe explanation is that no one cares? Money are charged so the target is achieved. What to care for? Customers? Nonsense…

OMG OMG OMG. I was so stupid - I should analyse the forum for tech problems first, and then decide not to buy this game. Or at least save some money on DLCs which are not working as they should. On the other hand - is there any other game or studio that teaches you “search for tech problems first and for sure you will try to stay away from us”? I don’t think so. I suppose only studios and products under Microsoft umbrella can give you this level of problems and this lack of support.

You can get a refund for the packs from xbox support. I have the same issue with the fast & furious packs I just bought, and was offered a refund by xbox support.

OK, I will try that hassle. Whenever I went to Xbox support I was wondering if I talk to the bot or a child…

I can confirm. After 3 hours in total, 2 chat sessions, resetting alternate MAC, deleting my account from console, resetting my console to factory settings (because console failed to add my account back…), redownloading / reinstalling of whole DLC content… After all these things that didn’t help to solve the issue, Microsoft has issued to me a refund for whole Forza Horizon Complete DLC.
