I am not really sure what you mean.
Are you referring to restarting a whole series? To my knowledge we do not even know at this point whether the races will all be single races like in Forza 5 or whether they will be series like in Forza Horizon 2.
I am also unclear whether you mean restarting a series halfway through if you do not like how the result is going or whether you mean that once Gold achieved you could restart to “clear the Gold” maybe at a higher difficulty etc.
Would be most grateful if original poster could clarify
