Im having major problems with this, it stops at 75% and nothing else happends. I have try everthing. Any ideas? Thanks.
same Thing by me… but at 95% thats not normal…
Perfect world would be if your on the console played, copy save to main harddrive and delete from cloud.
Then put it back after you’ve made sure your original on Hd works and has been backed up to a flash drive just incase forza does something wierd if it finds duplicate data.
If your lucky it reads the cloud save, you race for a few (so it has a reason to save) and you exit out and hope your active downloads shows a successful sync.
I think I only had one issue like that and that was since I have 2 xboxes and I apparently didn’t give it enough time to sync a game before logging in to the other console so I had to play hot potato from one to the other to make it work.

I lost all my data, from driver level to all my cars and all my credits (100,000,000) the only thing i got back was mu dlc cars…dont know what happend at all…called everybody from turn 10 to microsoft and all they keep telling me is that some how 75% of my data got lost in the cloud somewhere and they’re trying to get it back wich i think think a bunch of crap.
I just lost my game due to a sync, Over 20 million because I had bought $99.00 in tokens, vip, and all car packs and had over 200 a class cars all tuned by me. Stopped syncing then restarted the sync it stopped took me the main screen to start over. Called microsoft no help had me delete game from hard drive then when re-sync same thing all gone. I am so upset, class action law suit?
Same thing here, some how everything got lost somewhere in the cloud. Microsorf keeps telling me that is a “turn10” server problem but turn10 said otherwise. Im so frustrated with this…i have guys that i play with in Australia and the UK and they also lost their data…yes, class action will be the way to go.
After a couple of calls and hours of wasted time, xbox support who are nice people only doing what they can escalated me to next level. The nice man there communicating with supervisors and all said they will not be able to recover my loss. I did ask for reimbursement for the $99.99 token package that I paid for a year ago and they did do that. Lucky for me I do have another profile to go to on my other xbox one so I can play that. I am trying to blow it off because it is not a life threatening deal.
Make sure if you get the option to sync to a earlier date do that and not the one that already started if you cancel.

I do feel they should be held accountable for there game and connection as hundreds of thousands of dollars have been paid to them by us the people and it is sooo wrong for this to happen to who knows how many.
At this point I could care less if turn 10 never made another game or went belly up. The fact that they make a game not just t10 but others then charge for other content is just a rip off. If it not all there in this game then put it on the next.
I had the same problem. I kept trying and it eventually synced. Try downloading forza hub and syncing with that
Its frustating what has happend however xbox support has been very polite to me trying to come up with a fix for this but its very clear that its a turn10 ploblem with the servers. I will try downloading forza hub as mention by ginge pfc and see if that works, i dont have my hopes. Yes, its only a game but its just a pain having to start all over again (which i have).
