I lost my saves

Hi, yesterday I was going to play Forza 5 on my Xbox One, but as I launched the game, the screen where is says something like “Syncing your data from the cloud”, or something like that popped up. This has happened before so I thought nothing about it and decided to just wait. After about 15 minutes an error popped up saying that it failed to sync from the cloud. So I pressed OK, restarted the game and tried to sync again. This time it started to sync almost immideatly so I thought my problem was solved. Yet again the same error came up. So I tried a third time restarting the game. This time two options came up, either to sync the data from the current date, or to sync from the current date. So it did not allow me to sync from an earlier stage. I picked the oldest one and it started syncing. This time it completed the syncing. But when the game continued, I came to the “Adjust brightness” screen that is when you start the game for the first time ever. All my progress is now lost and I have no files to sync. I spoke to the Xbox support chat after this inncident and all they did was shower me with fake sympathy saying “I understand your frustration as I am a gamer too”, and that there are no way to get my saves back.

So please help me, is everything lost or can i get anything back? I dont care about the levels or race progress, I only want all my cars back or atleast credits to buy all my cars back as I have spent so many hours saving up to all of them. I also bought several car-packs which I Have no motivation to use now as I have to start all over again, which I probably wont do as I dont see the point if this all happens aaain and all my progress gets lost, again.
A lot of hours and real money gone to waste.

Unless u get lucky like me and have it pop up which sync to use again you have prolly lost everything… on this website message heliost10 and tell him what happened. I know he was willing to help me get up and running again so give him a breakdown of how much money you had and how many cars you had already purchased. It is frustrating but t10 is willing to help get you back racing asap.
