Sync Mishap?

I am, US STRATCOM, level 879 or so, $30.4 million (credits). My Forza 5 Motorsport wanted to sync, I allowed it to sync. Now I am back at square one, the game basically started over. Please Help!

No, but.
I backed out Forza 5 to the main page & back to the home screen. Shut it down & unplugged it for awhile, for a manual cold boot. Drank two beers, came back & it began attempting to sync it all over for some odd reason. This time it actually wanted old/new, went to old & couldn’t sync. Tried again & it synced. Honestly, I have not seen this since January '14 & my first. Must be something to do with a manual cold boot, 30 seconds may not be long enough. See you on the tracks…

Stop wasting time dealing with Microsoft and T10 trying to get your stuff back. All you truly lost was the money and lvl’s which can easily regained. After you restart ur badges and titles start popping back quickly when you complete just a fraction of them. All you’re tunes and paints are still on you so all you got to do is buy the cars you need as you level back up and you instantly have you’re old car back. I don’t play that much and within a day I had my main cars back already and was getting questions how such a low lvl was so good. It actually will help you out also as you can clean ur debate up quicker and only have the cars you know you want without all those extra cars you didn’t want anymore and wished you could sell.

If you find your garage getting too full and cluttered Ankoku, you can simply ‘Remove’ the cars you don’t want.
The worst thing about a sync mishap is that it leaves you worried for the future. Happening once is bad enough but after that you having a feeling of dread in case it happens again.
The solution would be for Turn 10 to find out what is causing the issue and to try and prevent it from happening in the first instance. Having to retread old ground can leave players feeling fed up and possibly not purchase future installments. Thankfully I have never experienced this but I sympathize with people who have. Its certainly ‘not an end of the world’ scenario but certainly borders on ‘a bit of a pain in the bum’ scenario. I’m sure T10 doesn’t want anyone to lose anything.

I have been reset once already and don’t worry about another cause I paint and tune all my cars myself so I won’t lose anything if it happens again. Plus my main car is a dlc which will just pop up free anyways.
