Is there any way of contacting Turn 10 or alternatives for getting support for Forza Horizon 2?
The forums usually will have a response or suggestion, if you state the issue. Otherwise, send an email with ALL the specifics to the developers at forzafb@microsoft.com

You will get an automated response, which means they’ve received the email. After that they need to prioritize, investigate, etc. Have patience, and only send a single email.

Now got the automated response, but it doesn’t seem to be a support email as such and doesn’t promise a reply.
their support page here redirects to a “buy the game” link. I already bought the game, that’s why I need support! I’m not going to rant and rave however annoyed I am, but I will point out that so far their support leaves a lot to be desired and they seem to be going out of their way to hide the link.
Hopefully they will respond and be really cool from now on.
'Cause I doubt they will care in the slightest but if they don’t do anything or respond it will be the last Forza title I buy. And I’ve bought them all. That would make me gutted too as horizon is fast developing in to my favourite franchise of all time.
Yes that’s the email to contact T10 directly, all emails received will be read and appropriate action taken however not all emails will receive a personalised response. The link below may have been broken in the last forum update but will hopefully be fixed soon.
Today I went to play my xbox one and went on to play forza horizon 2 which I have had as long as I’ve had this xbox , and as it loaded up it took me to the introduction, as if I had never played it before. I reset my Xbox hoping it would fix itself but no and i am devastated to see all those hours just gone all the cars and the millions of credits gone. I have still got dlc and achievements which is weird. CAN YOU GUYS PLEASE HELP ME???
