Does Turn 10 actually read anything posted here or Emails at all?

This is a serious question that I want to bring to light. It might be in the wrong section but whatever. Something I have noticed on these support forums, is that Turn 10 apparently doesn’t seem to care. We have only two options to contact them for support, being these forums and by Email, and they apparently don’t bother with either. I sent them an email almost two weeks ago, nothing. I made a thread here over 3 weeks ago, nothing. Seriously, why is this? Does Turn 10 even bother? I love their games, but their support, judging by what I have experienced and by what I have seen with others, is abysmal. I have seen so many other threads get no response whatsoever from them and the thread is left to die. That is not good customer support, at all.

What is your question? These forums are primarily peer support. Has your question been answered previously? Did you use Search on the forums?

The FAQ itself says the two ways to contact them is through Email or these support forums, so how is it mostly peer support when it is one of the two ways to get a hold of them? I already sent an email, with no response whatsoever. My question has to do with an achievement that is glitched and will not unlock for me, which I have also contacted Xbox customer support about, twice. It seems they cannot do anything on their end, so it might be up to T10 themselves to help me with it, but so far, I have received nothing from them and it honestly feels rather shallow that such a developer has such a terrible support system. I just want to get that achievement unlocked, that’s all. I completed it like, 3 weeks ago, to no avail.

No response at all? If sent to the proper email address of forzafb@microsoft.com, you would receive an automated response initially which includes links to various items on these forums.

Have you tried a complete hard reset of your console? This is how:

1 – from the Dashboard, out of all games, hold the X button on the front of the console down until it shuts the system down.
2 – Disconnect the external power from the wall plug (or at least disconnect the wall-side connector on the power pack itself).
3 – WAIT until all power drains from the external power pack (no light, either white or dull orange showing on the pack), then remove the PSU-to-Console connection from the back of the Xbox One.
4 – After about three minutes, reconnect the plug to the console followed by the power supply to the electrical outlet.
5 – Restart the console in the usual manner, i.e., either with the controller or a short push on the X button on the front of the X1.
6 – WAIT until the console self-checks and fully boots to the Dashboard before attempting anything.

If you don’t disconnect the external power pack and let the power completely drain out, the system is still retaining “old” stuff and not resetting. If there are any updates (system or games) following the reset, let them complete 100% before attempting to play any game even if it says “Ready to start” in the downloading queue.

If it is explore the Porsche in auto vista. I can’t get to unlock either.

I feel your pain! I agree with everything you stated. Good Luck!

It is the Showstopper achievement and I have tried every possible thing to try and make it unlock, but nothing has worked. I got no automated response to the email either, but an automated response won’t help anyways.

Some of the showcase event require you to finish in First place or it is not complete. The Endurance races, for sure, require that you come in first or it is not complete.

Hopefully I am not sounding like a jerk here (I do not mean to), but I have all the Porsche achievements and badges (and have had since the end of March or so), so I can verify that, for me at least, they were all attainable.

I second ajd440ex38’s remark about needing to place first in the Endurance races.

I have 100% completion on the showcases, it says so both in the game and the Xbox guide, but the achievement is still locked.

I just sent another Email and I once again am not getting the automated response, but hopefully this one will be seen…eventually…

Same experience here, sent a message to Mechberg and Triton on the forums… nothing. I’ve sent an email to that email adres snowowl linked… nothing.

Honestly they should really fix their lacking support, this is not a way to keep your customers happy, or even to keep them in the first place.

Yeah, I will be honest that I am getting rather tired of the run-around with the support from them. It should be something so simple to assist me with but its like they don’t even look at what is sent in the first place. Thinking about it makes me not even want to touch Forza 6 again until this is resolved.

Shame you don’t live in washington, usa, where their offices are, then you could have walked through their front door, seem’s to me that’s the only way to get their attention because their customer relation’s really are terrible, they are quite happy for forum volunteer’s to handle all the question’s and who do all the customer support…quite disgraceful really.

Yeah, they already have our money, so its not like they care at this point.

I guess we’re done here then.

If it says you have the achievement at 100% it doesnt sound like a game issue…it’s an xbox live issue

Sometimes it can get stuck and can take weeks to actually unlock…halo was notorius for it

Can you post a photo from the achievement screen showing it at 100%
Are you sure it never unlocked. .if you do it offline they dont pop
