The support page only shows a Buy Forza and nothing other than that. No Faq like it says at the top.
I lost all my Forza 5 Cars when my Xbox did a sync and everything I have tried doesn’t do anything.
I have tried talking to them on Twitter and they never respond. Tried email and here is what it said but the support page doesn’t do anything!!
Thank you for contacting Turn 10 Studios. Due to the volume of mail we receive, we cannot individually respond to all e-mails sent to us. If you have a question about a Xbox LIVE or Forza Motorsport Terms of Service, please see the following links:

How do you get to Support??

Turn 10 can be contacted directly at forzafb@microsoft.com but often results in no return correspondence, or you can try sending HeliosT10 a private message by clicking here.
forzafb@microsoft.com was what I posted says to go to the three links I posted. No help.
Thanks for the PM guy I’ll give that a shot
I know … I only reiterated it because the email address is the only official form of customer support between the end user and Turn 10 Studios. To be fair, I don’t think the team is allocated much when it comes to establishing a customer support function. If so, they must all be on an indefinite smoke break.

If only customer service was as diligent and reactive as the forum moderators
t10 doesn’t support this game at all or the community for that matter. They don’t listen to their customers and seem to try their best to mess up or remove parts of the game that people like most. There’s no way to get in touch with them when having legitimate issues with their product. Basically after you give them your money they just don’t care. Which is really pretty sad, they have a great community and a lot of dedicated fans that they pay no attention too. Other developers have real support for their games where they actually help people with problems, glitches faulty software and so on. t10 does none of this. If you have a problem with one of their games you are on your own or have to turn to the community for help. A lot of times the community can help but that’s not always the case. It really is a shame that they care so little for the community.
It seems at the moment there is no support for Forza 5, many many players have stopped playing and even a few of the mods don’t seem to care much for the game anymore.
Such a shame, because people really want to love Forza, but the makers are making that hard…
Perhaps if Microsoft actually allocated some resources for a customer support staff or let their studio use theirs…
They’re not a large studio, and most of these “Lost data during sync” posts you see resulted from user error because of lack of patience, stupidity, or both…
They could take one community team member and put them on CSR duty though.
