Stuck at ~50 FPS (no matter what)

Yea i can’t figure it out, I’ve tried every single setting combination, put dynamic resolution to high (1440p), tried medium, tried all setting low, all setting to high, different DLSS options, etc. etc. nothing changes this… upon game restart the race starts (no matter the setting) im at 90+ FPS, about 30 seconds in, it cuts in half to to around 50 (again no matter the setting) and will stay there for the rest of the time the game is running… truly havent seen anything like it and no idea what to do at this point: 5600x, 3080 FTW3, 64 gigs ram @3600, 1440p UW OLED… throwin my hands up here

Seems like the 3080 dies are especially getting the brunt of poor performance. That is if the 3080ti I have is the same die.

Hello guys! This topic should be a little help for those who are struggeling with the right pc settings related to nvidia graficcards. I testet the series x version and on pc with a rtx 3080 12 gb.
