Not as fun as you might think. We tried the Gen-6 at Spa in iRacing when that came out. I’ll leave it at that.
+1
Just imagine a fully lighted Daytona at night. If they can laser scan a track, they can also get all the lights right for night racing…

Hmmmm could that be dan with his normal hint hint I got a bombshell for you on the next reveal talk.
For sure! Unless he was just referring to the early racers that have already been revealed and that don’t have headlights (1939 Auto Union Type D, 1939 Maserati 8CTF, 1969 Nissan #21 Nissan Racing R382, 1967 Eagle-Weslake T1G, etc, etc). But let’s hope that he was indeed hinting towards stock cars (that have no lights whatsoever)! ![]()
I wouldn’t take anything from that, since we already have many cars already announced that don’t have head lights.
Hope it’s a hint, I’d be in heaven if I had a Chevy Cup car liveried up in a nice #5 Hendrick livery from Sweed to run around Daytona, Sonoma, Indy and the Glen.
Well, worst case scenario, night-lap of the Nordschleife without headlights Rivals challenge.
Oh yes.
