Someone is able to share car designs with my vinyl on them. Is this allowed? Or a glitch?

No its not possible to share designs when you are not the owner from the vinyl. When you paint and save the vinyl Group he should ask you if you realy want to use and its locked to share. When someone use your vinyl it must be a glitch and its not allowed.

are you sure it’s your vinyl and not that someone has copied your vinyl?
No way to prevent that.

Its a skull vinyl with around 2400 layers. This person and I start following each others storefront a lil while ago. Im sure he ripped off the skull i build.

I’m pretty sure it’s a copy of the vinyl. If you want to prevent that, don’t share your decals.

Edit: Did you do the skull from your own sketch?

Im pretty sure he stole my vinyl, i dont think he put the time to copy 2400 layers. It looks exactly the same. I used reverence from google, thanks!

I hope this can be fixed?

Possible to see this? Vinyl is mine, car design available for download at someone elses storefront. Im pretty sure he or she didn’t fix the 2400 layers him/herself

Possible an admin can see his or hers aren’t legit.

If you dont know, vinyl cant be just stolen, nohow
If you will search for “skull” in vinyl groups, you will be able to see that other people ( not me ) have “stolen” your skull

I asked him to share the vinyl he got. The skull has the same size, brush, all brushes are sized the same as mine, same personal touches to it. Im sure in some way this person used my vinyl and adept it in a weird way just a little bit. Looks like it’s bin badly cut out. Im 100% sure its glitched/ hacked.

Yours is of higher quality, I can tell that from the thumbnail alone.

In any case none of us can help you. I recommend emailing forzafb@microsoft.com so that it gets forwarded to Turn 10.

Its different. Very obviously so. Not saying its honorable for someone to copy another’s original work like that and that they shouldnt be given a slap on the wrist or worse, but I dont think its against the “rules”. Sorry buddy.

Look on the bright side, youre still raking them cash in on yours :wink:

Im pretty sure its glitched, because their are 4 kids out there sharing almost the same skull as mine. Im pretty sure they didnt took the time tracing mine.

I agree with the others here … those are very obviously two different skulls. I’ve had people copy my original work before … and there’s nothing you can do about it … they have a right to create anything they want same as you do.

If you took the time to make the original, why do you find it hard to believe that somebody would take the time to trace it?

People have been tracing Vinyl Groups ever since Forza Motorsport 2, it’s not a new thing.
