I haven’t played horizon 2 in a while and I decided to play the other day and it told me it needed to sync and I let it sync and then I get into the game and nothing is there and it made me start from the beginning. But when I go to the forza horizon hub it shoes all my achievements… 50+ Cars, Level 79, Miles driven 2,000+, Almost done getting my purple rist band but when I go into the game I’m at a level 1. Please help I have spend a lot of money in this game!!!
There’s no fix turn 10 don’t help it happened to me 6 weeks ago.Only thing you can do is start again delete save from your console…

That’s why you don’t allow the game, let alone any game, to sync with anything. I’ve never lost progress via syncing because I always select the “stop syncing” option when it wants to sync. That’s the way to go.
Actually, first time I played the game, I was at level 374 and had earned some 26 million credits mind you all without VIP, but have since then deleted my saves and restarted the game SEVERAL times because I wanted a fresh start (mostly because of the VIP benefits). Getting back up to level 160 really shouldn’t be all that hard if you play your cards right. I don’t know what cars you had but pretty much they’re gone for good. And, I assume Turn10 patched something in the last update because as I recall, though this may not apply to you, back then cars in car packs were available to purchase for free one time and that was it. But last week I restarted a new save and all the cars that came in a mass of car packs I bought were free. Thank you, Turn10, for that.
And your situation is relative because that’s partially why I don’t like the cloud saving functions with electronic devices these days… but mostly only because of privacy invasion. Thus, just start over because as far as I know there is no way to move or copy any gamesave from your Xbox One console to a USB drive.
