Shame. Huge disappointment.

It is absolutely an XA. What’s my logic? The fact that it’s an XA and not an XB.

Top image is an XA coupe. Bottom is an XB coupe. Notice the difference? The XA has a ridge in the grill whereas the XB has a solid piece. The indicators are also in different places. Now go back into the game and compare the XA sedan and XB coupe. You’re welcome.

So now you want to make things up?

Its an XA, not a renamed XB.

Google it. The chronology of it alone proves its not an XB.

It is also nothing like the XB in the game anyway.

I dont see people complaining a lot about others cars wiith vague similarities eg corvettes, mustangs etc.

But at least get your facts right before complaining.

With regards to the Australian vehicles, I don’t mind because for the most part I feel they don’t get enough love in racing games. While FH3 is obviously not the first racing game to feature them, it seems to be one of the ones that have given them some degree of attention. Heck, despite Gran Turismo’s massive car list they are just a tiny drop in the puddle (I also remember when the Aussie Fords that were in GT4 disappeared in GT5 and haven’t been seen since).

A little OT, but I don’t get a feeling of distinction with Australian cars. Not only are all the parent companies American, but they utilize their power plants too. In particular the '70s stuff were basically American muscle cars with a slight twist, heck to the untrained eye someone might mistaken an Aussie Falcon for something made in the U.S. I don’t think it’s a surprise in FH3 most of them are slotted into the muscle car classes, in a way I almost consider Australian performance cars as American ones.

The Falcons may use US engines but Holden used Australian made engines like the 253 and 308 between 1969 and 2000.

Why are people always talking about How “small” T10 is and How expensive licences are?

Assetto Corsa ist made by a small Indie Studio and they have loads of Porsches and other great Cars. Also their Models are far more detailed and they also have to make the physics correct, since it’s a sim. Forza devs don’t need to do that, as they will probably Just copy-paste physics anyway…Same with the Engine Sounds. Every Car in AC has it’s own correct Sound. In Forza they have generische Sounds, they recycle.

I understand, that people defend T10, but it’s getting ridiculous, when Dev Studios, which are smaller and habe less money do stuff better.(also AC runs more smooth and it never crashes)

I really want to see T10 perform better. Also they don’t give US changelogs or at least inform us about progress of patches. Changelogs are a must. It Shows a Lack of professionalism, if they Lack them.

Gee, after reading these posts it makes me think the dlc cars should be chosen from the bottom or middle of the wishist. The cars coming from most popular picks are crap. Just an observation. Not whining, really. Just being honest😭

Sometimes, there comes a thread, that i can just sit back and lol to myself as i read them.

AC was out 2 yrs ago or longer on the PC and guess what there were no Porsches in it until recently. You will get them in time

SPOILER ALERT: February dlc.

  1. East German Trabant.
  2. Pontiac Aztek Dub Edition.
  3. Subaru Justy. Japanese icon.
  4. Chevette Scooter.
  5. Pinto Pony.
  6. Ford Escape.
  7. Barn find. Yugo Tokyo Drift Edition.

Clues that need to be placed with correct car:

I ate too many roasted marshmellos’ and now have heartburn.

When I defected from East Germany, one of these was provided for my Escape.

I don’t know where Yugo for a good time but hooters rock
.
This aint no Scooter pal, it’s an honest to goodness Vette.

Defunct bodygaurd.

Chief Pontiac could have used one of these during his war against the British military occupation of the Great Lakes Region.

A Japanese icon.

It would be cool to see more “regular cars” in a game like this. Imagine if they added the Mitsubishi V3000 it would be cool to see it in an online lobby with police lights, late 80s era NZ traffic police livery and with twin turbos but still being powered by the front wheels. Turn 10 make that happen.

This is the last Forza I will buy if this isn’t fixed. FH3 was fun but I play games on my pc so if I can’t play it on my pc now due to updates that cause the game to crash then what is the point in buying them?
I have a beast of a gaming machine Nvidia GTX1080, I7, plenty of ram and all that. So if they can’t get a grip and fix these issues I wont throw $100 dollars at them ever again.

Buy an Xbox One. Simple.

So you’re saying that you yearly buy the car pass and DLC at launch not knowing the cars and then are complaining about the actual DLC cars once released? I’m sorry but that’s on you. You could always wait until the packs are released to see if the DLC is worth buying and the cars you will use. Maybe I’m in a minority here but I’ve always thought that Forza games launch with more cars than I could ever realistically use and only buy the DLC I really want (bought Porsche for FM6).

So much sad in this thread.

After SatNiteEduardo basically held your hand and showed you that FACTUALLY the wishlist thread was listened to (and boy did that take far too many posts for that to come across if it did), you start talking about a petition.

Nothing held back, you are either a troll, desperate to play victim, or are in desperate need of a reality check.

You also seem to know nothing (or at least have a very skewed view) about how licensing works. The fact that they are in other games or in previous games means absolutely nothing to whether those cars are available now. There isn’t some kind of agreement where a manufacture just throws keys at the company and says “hue hue hue put this car in every racing game it’s free advertisement”. No, honey, it doesn’t work like that.

Do some basic research and don’t act so thick skulled when you get called out for having the entire basis for your flawed argument not even be in your favor to begin with.

The tantrums people throw on this forum get more and more pathetic and the people who make them just become blind to how they sound because they just echo chamber off of those who do the exact same thing.

If you were capable of waking up and smelling the roses, you would see that it has been the exact same thing with the last 4 Forza games regarding people not getting what they want in the packs and then turning into whiny babies over it. You would think that by now, you just might be able to realize that not every car in every pack will appeal to their exact taste since there is only 7 per pack and thousands of wishlist posts over the past few games.

While I don’t disagree with much of your rant, you need to wake up and smell the roses. Many of us only ask for something a little different than the same old, same old. I am not asking for every car my heart desires, but can Turn10 move past the old hypercar, Japanese drift/Tuner, or hi dollar SUV in the dlc once in while. There are dozens of great cars and trucks that get passed by only because we can’t offend the 12 year old players on the forum who think that every ugly ass souless 600hp supercar is the greatest thing since energy drinks. Thats it. That’s all we want.

Okay. What am I missing again, exactly? It seemed like you just took what I said, threw the reality check back at me, and then your counterargument was just what you want/don’t want to see in a car pack.

This is exactly what I was talking about. You can’t move on from your own opinion of what should be in the packs and look at the bigger picture. You have the audacity to use the term “we” implying you somehow represent a collective of the majority, yet the last pack included 4 wishlist cars. I’m sure your use of “we” didn’t include the

Yeah, that’s a great, mature representation of the people on the forum who want more super/hypercars. I’m sure you really have a great, statistically supported argument there.

Formulate your own argument or don’t tell me to wake up and smell the roses. I am not a nice person, but I am at least trying to be rational.

You are so far off. Don’t judge me. I have had cheep shots sent my direction for simply stating the dlc was a joke and Turn10/PG games could do better. It had nothing to do with me not getting my wishlist cars, only that every pack followed the same formula. It’s true, every pack is the same…Hypercar, Falcon, Japanese tuner, Ford truck of one flavor or another, expensive SUV. If that rocks your world, great, I am happy for you. Yes, in my opinion, It would be nice to having something else.
I am not asking Turn 10 to donate a heart or kidney to my cause, just widen their scope a little, please. If that is too much to ask for considering the amount of money I have put into the franchise, than maybe the Xbox one and Forza just isn’t worth it.
You say you are rational. Well, I disagree. It’s funny, everything is fine as long as we eat, sleep, and think the way you do. If we don’t…

Oh god, the irony with this is so strong. These two points in particular.

Other than the comment at the end (apparently pointing out that people will be up in arms and play victim everytime a new thing comes out for Forza and not realize the fact that they have been reacting in the exact same way for several years is asking people to conform to my lifestyle), pretty much everything else in that post was nothing short of literally everything you just said not even a post ago.

All you can say is that the “scope” of the car packs does not include cars that you want, and that is what honest to god I am criticizing you for. You say that you aren’t asking for a lot, yet the result of you getting your way is that Forza releases a pack containing cars that you want and then annoying another equally valuable member of the forum because they didn’t get what they want in a pack. You don’t see the double standard you present and you aren’t thinking beyond the fact that you don’t like the cars you have been presented with.

Let me repeat that again.

You don’t see the double standard you present and you aren’t thinking beyond the fact that you don’t like the cars you have been presented with.

That’s all there is to it.

That and the fact you think I eat, sleep and think in a way that is good enough to be proud of. You couldn’t be more wrong.
