Shame. Huge disappointment.

BUTTHURT ALERT
This post is purely butthurt related. I’m sure most of the people here feel the same, or they are just new to the game and “new” dlcs actually feel new to them, but after so many years, getting same cars but in different environments, not for me.

For last few years i religiously spend around £150 on the forza games and add-ons.

I do understand licences are expensive and car manufacturers are sometimes unreasonable with demands, however, if a small studio that develops assetto corsa can get the “dream” porsche pack, why can’t you guys.
I know at least 10 other people who also spend around 150 quid yearly, even if they don’t “feel” the dlc they will buy it just to support you, so do I.

Yet you have a nerve to release same porsche dlc since forza 4, forza 4 carl.
but no you didn’t just copy pasted the dlc, you have taken away a lot of great cruising cars ( that would actually fit in open world game) Like panamera or 911 sport classic etc.

I roughly know what cars to expect in next DLCs because of the leak ( that has also stopped me from getting my dlc in time)

so you got snow, great, No rs6? really?
Just because the game is based in australia, doesnt mean it’s main TMG is australians, doesnt mean u have to add so many regional Cult cars, i bet most of the players dont dig them.
statistically speaking ( i run forza community on other resource we have 500 people) we carried out a questionnaire and 70% dont even put all dlc cars in their garage, they only find 1-2 cars interesting.
That’s sad. you want to be diverse ?
look back at forza 4, it had some of the greatest cars available in any games right now.
Maybe you relaxed because your main competitor has looked themselves in basement for past few years ?
is that the reason I start to loose hope? I think yesterdays leak was the last drop.

Porsche is a special case because of the arrangement between them and EA. Rumour has it that deal is now dead but lets wait and see.

But with the standard dlc noone can complain now about too much recycled content. Most if it is new and highly requested.

don’t want to come off rude. but EA exclusive deal is off ages ago, it has nothing to do with turn 10 buying licenses for more porsches. ( look at assetto corsa porsche pack)
Dodge Dart is requested a lot isn’t it?

Pretty sure it makes all the difference as to whether T10 buy licences or not.

You must also remember how long it takes for T10 to model each every car - 6 months per car per team. So yeah, it may have ended “ages ago”, but in the grand scheme it’s not that long to model the cars etc. It also costs money, and where do you think that comes from? Thin air? Money trees?

this. Exactly my point. We are stakeholders here, we have to be heard.
Having these “I’ll take everything” People kinda hurts the progress.

‘Probably mentally disabled’. Nice. I doubt I’d be in training as a barrister if that were the case though.

I therefore presume you don’t know how small T10 actually is. Frankly, from purchasing the licence to final product in game, I think it’s really quite possible that 6 months on average is an acceptable amount of time.

And I will tell you that each car is modelled for each game, because there are differences between each car on each game - noticeable ones. Whether or not the sounds are ported over are a different story.

I have taken it into consideration, okay so why car wishlists open up after game is announced? This purely means that then turn 10 has only few months to reflect on communities requests(if they even do it) As you can see in the leak they have almost all cars ready till the end of the year, which means they don’t listen to us or have a set quota of 4-6 cars from community requests - rest is already planned ahead.

As a consumer i do like and respect turn10s work, but when the product becomes weak, then it’s weak i’m not going to sit here coming up with excuses for them, i want my opinion heard, but it seems like they dont listen.

The wishlists might not necessarily be just for that game, but as a guide for new cars to be added in at launch or DLC for the next game. For example, the McLaren 675LT, with the amount of requests it has it might not show up until late in FH3’s life, at launch for FM7, or as one of the first DLC cars for FM7. Hence why some highly requested cars show up late or not until the next game.

So why is it called FH3 Car Wishlist then? I think ideally the cars would be added in that game; the earlier you get something nice the better, right?

Dont listen to us? What have they included in the first few car packs?

Stop handpicking stuff to complain about when they have added all new cars to the series and quite a few from the wishlist thread.

I agree , I love the game but they put a limo and truck in fm6 (track game) but not fh3 (free roam game) I find that odd .

Exactly my point.
Apparently community requested 3 falcons with year or two difference ?

They did. Maybe you should actually read the wishlist analysis thread.

So now you are trying to handpick something to complain about but failing because you dont know the popular cars from the wishlist thread.

I’ve just checked the wishlist thread, about 10 pages, Most popular is m5 e60, rs7 rs6 and S class. only about 30% request c**p cars. havent seen even 1 falcon

Only 10 pages? honestly you can’t cry and be butt hurt if you don’t even go into the thread and put your input in. NEWSFLASH: they can’t read your mind. These tantrums are getting more and more pathetic tbh.

I said the wishlist analysis thread not the wishlist thread.

so they are not correlated?

Yes. The analysis thread has already done the counting for you. Read the list early in the analysis thread which i have bumped for you.

I have, it’s a disappointing sight. most of the top requested are not touched. falcons are near the bottom but they are added. lmao
