I’ve been experiencing FM6 Multiplayer outtages recently and found this answer in the FH3 forum:

“I had this issue and went into “Network” then “Network settings” and then chose “Alternate Mac Address” then hit “clear”, it reboots the xbox this has worked 3X now to get into Multiplayer…”
