i recently finished the hot wheels dlc and i always spawn on the hot wheels island when i log in. how do i spawn in mexico from the start screen without first traveling to hw island?
@Sevenick01 You enter one of your homes (or the Festival garage) in the main game and then you select Y (“Set as home”).
July 2, 2024, stull having this issue on PC. Greyed out friends/players button. Ive tried everything. Teredo settings, different AntiVirus software, router settings, set home in mexico, signed in and out of xbox live and steam.
I can confinr i had hope when seeing the spawn in mexico thing because that was annoying the hell out of me.
Update: today around 5pm xbox profile servers went down. I waited a little bit and was actually able to play the game with friends in a convoy… after 1 race i was dissconnected again. And seeing the same problems. I just bought the game last week. Going on day 2 of having this problem.
July 24 2024, ive now had this issue for about a week now and none of the above work. its strange as i can do everthing besides eventlab stuff which is needed to complete seasonal objectives. i do hope something magically happens that fixes this.
it has been an issue for me aswell and i havent been able to find a way to other reinstalling the game which is super annoying and i dont wanna do that.

Do you lose you progress ingame if you reinstall it. Im having the same issue as you and i dont want to do it if i lose all my progress ingame. (Sorry if it is a stupid question im new to this game.)
I found the fix on Reddit and it works. Please fix this devs!
Found my fix. If when you load into the game your default spawn is the Hotwheels track, instead set one of the purchasable homes on the Mexico map to your default spawn location and reload the game.
No idea why this would effect your ability to play on the online servers in the game but it does… That’s Forza for ya I guess.

Seems this is still an issue. On Xbox series x, can access auction house but all other online features will not load. Need a solution to this. Have tried all the suggestions. NAT is open, set to load in a house in Mexico, DNS is cloudfare, uninstalled and reinstalled, have no issues with any other game
I solved this problem. First, check the integrity of files in steam. Then, through the Wise Care 365 program, I completely cleared the cache and so on. That’s how it worked.
I’m having the same thing now I click horizon life and just dose not work anymore
