Series 44 is a re-run of Series 20 “High Performance” with a couple of changes. A change in reward cars and 40 points now gets a backstage pass

My Wuling is my leaderboard car because come on I can’t pass up the chance to have that in a decent spot on a main game board 
top speed sucks which really hurts it on the bit that passes under the train line.
Corsa getting plenty of action for me recently, by chance I took it on Volcan not long ago (#602 with 3:12.743), then it made me discover someone on here steals other people’s builds (including you this week @Lostphoenixuk,and twice no less) and it was fastest here on Copper, may share my tune but I’ll probably be using the Wuling myself.

A 1990’s - Panoramica Sprint, Plaza Circuit, 3rd race 
A Track Toys - Los Jardines, Tierra Pròspera, Estadio
A 2000’s - Emerald Circuit, Descansar Dorado Sprint, Bahía Circuit
I’ve put in some baseline times for the first two already, not sure if I want to do Emerald as there are several that would set a new PB but I like what I have up there already.
The blog post said the eventlabs might be different than the original playlists.
I won’t be surprised if the '23 Fiesta ST and C30 Polestar aren’t eligible for the Trial if recent history is anything to go by.

I dont remember this B Hot Hatch Copper Canyon trial, and Im sure I didnt build for it. It’s going to feel fresh to me and give me something interesting to do. Nice.
Should be right up your street this Trial and MC players in general, Zip’s at 3:00.820 with an '07 Civic which I’m assuming is this…
That’s currently the fastest time in an eligible car too, his '03 Golf I tried should also be capable of 3:00-3:02 with MC.
Of course if anyone discovers the ‘completely legitimate’ setup for the 616PI '03 Golf at #24 that did 2:33.248 please let us all know 
Shocking. Treasure hunt is bugged. Got the message saying to look at the clue but location has no chest to smash. Colour me surprised.
Reward cars from each season are a bit different (from the original High Performance) and still 1x backstage pass for each 40 points per season.
No Noble or Ferrari that I can see.
I have the same problem. I think it is because the game recognizes that i have destroyed this chest before - during the first time this series had been available.
Yup. Which is why I’m not surprised they couldn’t make it work this time around. Way too complicated to bother figuring out.
Completed the Hot Wheels championship and shows as complete on the map but not on the playlist, so no 5 pts. restarted console still the same.

I also do not get points for having completed both event labs races. On the map they show up as completed, but not in the festival playlist.

Confirmed Treasure Hunt is bugged.
Maybe this is just confirmation for those that have previously completed HP that it’s time to call it a day.
Treasure Hunt completed automatically for me and it says I’ve already collected the chest but of course I didn’t.
So just completed the rallyland championship, same story, shows completed on the map but not on the playlist, so no points. The PR stunts do work but as for now I think I’ll give up on the playlist.
