I refuse to vote on āHow familiar were you with Donut Media prior to the announcement of this update?ā. I am very familiar with them, but I wouldnāt call myself a āfanā of any kind. They are the ādude brosā of automotive YouTube. There are tons of better content producers in the world that should have been reached out to.
I knew nothing about them until this stuff started. And now I wish I could turn back the clock. Back to where I once again knew nothing about them. Looking forward to a month off from FH5.
I weirdly had just started watching some of their stuff a few weeks before I found out about them coming to Forza Horizon. I find them occasionally annoying and occasionally slightly entertaining. More watchable than many of the content creators for various racing games Iāve watched.
Which game fixes in the update addressed an issue that affected you most?
Well for one i canāt play the game anymore. Im going to say your update broke more things than fixed. You need to push this crap to a test server on every type of pc not just super machines.

Yeah, no. We are genuinely sick and tired of how LAZY the devs are. Theyāre not giving the REAL FANS what they want! This is actually a disgrace. From making an absolute godawful storyline with godawful characters that talk to u like ur 5, made me cringe to the point of feeling sick, to putting in the lowest effort updates possible. Literally NO new features have been added apart from āray tracingā and some dry ass storyline. No new cars, just recycled cars, cars such as wooden horse drawn carriages from the 1700s featured in FH4 that have no relation to donut media. No new rocket bunny kits either. LISTEN TO THE PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY PLAY THE GAME, not the stupid little 5 year olds. Literally EVERYONE hates this update, everyone can see clearly how lazy the devs are. ADD NEW FEATURES, CHANGE THE STUPID ENGINE SOUNDS, HOW ABOUT ADD ANTI LAG TO THE GAME, ADD NEW CARS SUCH AS THE G87 M2 OR 400Z, ADD WHAT WE ASKED FOR!!
If you keep on going the way youāre going, killing your own game, it will turn into HALO. A lifeless and forgotten shell of a game that nobody plays anymore. Do you think we want that? Do YOU want that?
I have never heard of donut media, I am aware of donuts and have enjoyed them on many occasions, if their involvement will make it easier (not spending 20 million credits) to get the missing cars like the aventador svj Iām happy, I somehow dont think it will.
No, dude, I love this update! It will literally give me a whole month away from FH5. I can use the break to get into some other games. Maybe dust of some old NFS, Grid, or old FH4. If Iām going to just recycle things Iāve already played might as well play some of the ones Iāve enjoyed!

If anyone ever takes the time to watch the credits they would know that Turn 10 has a very big part in the production of Forza Horizon.
So a blanket statement separating T10 and PGG is totally incorrect.
It is true that PGG is the lead studio on Horizon games and T10 is the lead studio on Motorsport games. But according to the credits, it looks like T10 has a much larger impact on Horizon games than people realize.
