it would be nice if we could send cars as a gift to the person we want to send cars for free to our friend that we choose and not send them to a person at risk
People would attempt to charge other people real money, that’s why it’s random.

Why not make it so that the person cannot receive it if they already have it in their garage? They can also make it so that cars that are gifted to specific people cannot be sold on the auction house.

Such is life, if my friend has one and wants to gift it to me, he should be able to. The reason they don’t it so that everyone is motivated to log on and play the playlists themselves
Maybe a private / public auction option could help this. Would also allow us to sell to diehards for 20m on any car.
Even make it so both parties can enter a private auction “barter room” before a car even gets listed. That way for IRL monies atleast you have an account to go after. Add a liability pop-up for banning.
Would be neat to barter a combination of cars + clothing + credits for stuff.
Also, the ability to report/rate sellers could resolve the abuse issue. Scammer gets scammed (banned) after too many offenses.
What about those who get scammed before it’s taken care of? Too bad? It might leave Turn 10 open to a lawsuit. It not going to happen in this world of scams.

Dude. This is already a thing in FH5 with the auction house. People constantly talk to one another about setting up auctions for rare cars that they want for the lowest buyout price & schedule a time for when the auction is posted to ensure the buyer gets the car. There’s a reason I have 30 Plymouth Furys in this game lol.
I’m taking about people getting scammed for real money. Not what you are talking about. Why would that leave them open to a lawsuit? No one cares if someone gets scammed for in game credits in the AH or sells to their buddy at a cheap price. 
Plus we are talking about gifting not the AH . Stay on topic.
Dude I’m saying with real money . People can buy cars they want with real money and then set up the owner of said car to auction the car at a specific time to ensure the buyer gets it.
So add another place for scammers to scam.
Point is, if it hasn’t been an issue I’m prior Forza games, why are you acting like it’s going to be an issue now? Once again, there’s a reason I have so many Plymouth Furys despite the fact they’ve only been available once

i think we should have an option to gift cars to a specific person on our friends list, i want to gift one of my cars to a freind who just tarted fh5 but there isnt an option to gift it to him, all i can do is wait for hm to get the money to buy it from me if someone doesnt get it first, or gift to to new players and hope he gets it which is impossible.

I think it was briefly available when it first got introduced but then went back to the usual choices.
They said at the time that it was going to be a thing that people could do so why they removed it, I have no idea.
